Austin from Servpro was quick to get to my house and get preventative measure done to dry out the room and ceiling and make sure the hole in the roof was tarped. He’s was friendly and professional. He also made sure I understood all the paperwork and what work they were doing and gave me options for repair. If he’s unable to take a call right away he calls back quickly to address any issues. I really appreciated him and his team!!!

Stephanie and her team were awesome and extremely accommodating and professional. Because of theirs kindness, i would consider using Servpro again should i have another loss.

We had a flood at 2 AM, and they sent a team out immediately to begin the process of the water removal and the drying process. Tony is our Crew Chief, and he has been AMAZING! He has answered all our questions very patiently, has kept us informed, and has been so responsive to our requests. I would HIGHLY recommend him and ServPro. I even found out after the fact that this is our insurance company’s preferred vendor! And I can see why!

Jacob was my project manager for my personal property after a fire that ruined our kitchen and caused smoke and soot damage throughout our home. He has been very knowledgeable about the process, easy to get ahold of and has answered all questions we have had. He has made this stressful situation much less stressful! I would highly recommend Jacob, he has been great!
Stephanie was in charge of packing all of the items. She and her team did a great job-she was punctual and kept in contact with me during her time there. She called when she was on her way and when she was leaving for the day. She even went out of her way to let my chickens out for me. She is an absolute sweetheart!

Do NOT use this company. To start they are one of the ONLY Servepros in this area that are not on the preferred contractor /vendor list for my insurance company which should have thrown up a HUGE red flag up front but, I didn’t know until after the work had started. They did awful work. They took cabinets out that they weren’t supposed to take then when asked to return them they wouldn’t. They damaged walls when removing the cabinets and floors and refused to repair or reimburse for repairs. Then to top it all off when it was time to issue the final insurance check to them, they demanded more money than they should be due. We had discussed them taking the final amount that the insurance had issued as payment in full in lieu of the repairs and they agreed. They sent (I can’t remember his name) the project mgr to pick up the check and he assured me that it was all taken care of and this amount would settle the balance. Weeks later I was getting calls about a balance. It was explained to the lady calling and she contacted the project mgr. After another couple of weeks he called me and after heated discussion and him turning very unprofessional (to put it nicely) and lying about the whole scenario to his office staff they demanded I pay more money or put a lien on my home.. STAY FAR AWAY! There is a reason that SF insurance does not have them on the preferred list.

A representative of Servepro arrived at my home within 20 minutes of my call. Then in about 15 minutes later, a crew of 2 showed up to mitigate the water damage called by a leaky roof.

I was impressed with their professionalism and competence. They prevented the damage from escalating to a much more serious problem.

Can’t say enough about Grant and his team! They did an excellent job helping us navigate a slab leak that wrecked havoc on our home soaking the living room floor and walls. When all was said and done they pulled everything out that was damaged and did a great job leaving us with a clean slate to rebuild! I would definitely recommend them and for sure will be using them again for future needs! Thank you again!
