Reyes Castillo did an excellent job of servicing the heater for my home. Very friendly and answered my questions. Earls plumbing is the absolute best!!!

Called Monday to see when they could come out, were available the next day. They are professional, responsible, and affordable. A visit to come to my house, check out my furnace and a/c unit, replaced the filter, replaced a worn part in my furnace, and total cost was less than $180. That's a great deal for what they did, and it gives me peace of mind that my system is running as it should. Excellent company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We had several items needing to be addressed. The two techs got right to work and fixed what needed to be fixed and told me about items that did not need to be replaced that I thought did. Very professional guys and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Earls Plumbing!!!

Justin is the best!! We've had a couple of jobs done recently, water heater and shower valve replacements, and in both cases he was extremely professional and got the job done fast. We had a main water supply pipe leaked outside of the house. They came in on time and fixed the problem in one hour. They are extremely knowledgeable and fast. Earl's plumbing service is highly affordable too.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber! We busted a hose spigot on a customer’s property and had to shut water off to the house, a true crisis! Customer was having a family gathering at his home that evening. I called Earl’s Plumbing, they sent Justin out within a few hours, and he had their water back on in a matter of minutes. It was such a smooth process and the price was very reasonable. They didn’t take advantage of the crisis situation which says a lot. Thank you Justin!

Earl's plumbers on this repair were Trey, and his helper , plus Carl were so great as far as courtesy and friendliness go but I was impressed with their knowledge of their job. I would definitely use them again. Top notch.

Toilet started leaking around the base and in a short time, water was gushing out, flooding the floor. Turned the water off, threw down towels and called Earl's. They put us on the schedule and in less than an hour two very nice young men showed up. They assessed the problem, tree roots, and removed them. Because of concern with the pipe further along, they scheduled us for the next morning to have someone run a camera in the line and see if there were other problems. They came next morning, looked at the line which was fine. Made some repairs under the toilet, put it back together and were done in less than 2hours. Earl's has always given excellent service in a quick response time. We recommend them to other people needing their services.

Darren Warren and his young assistant made a timely arrival, quickly eliminated the stoppage in my bathroom sink drain, and did so with courtesy and good will. You can't beat this for home service! Keep up the good work, guys!

Earl’s installed our tankless water heater after the Texas winter storm a few years ago. I really like it. They respond quickly to any questions we’ve had about it. After that we started using Earl’s for other plumbing needs in the home. Justin has worked on our home on multiple occasions and provides 5 star service.

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Every employee I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Randy was the technician assigned to our work order. He and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable, very efficient as well. I will definitely call them again if the need arises. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

My dishwasher failed after 30+ years. It was extremely difficult to remove and very heavy. Beau was persistent and was able to remove that old dishwasher and replace it with a new model. Beau was very professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Earls Plumbing in Abilene.

Called for a plumbing issue, expected to make an appointment for a day or 2 later in the week. They came out the same day. Communication 2as excellent. Sent me a text and a photo of my technician when they were in the way. Young men were professional and well mannered, got the job done I a short time and it's working great. I'm very happy and impressed with Earl's. And I will be using them again. Price was fair too !

This was our first time hiring a plumber after many attempts of trying to fix the problem ourselves. We called Earl’s and Jerry came out the very next day. He came in and had a solution within 5 minutes. He explained to me what the problem was and how he could fix it. After providing me a quote (which was also affordable) he got the supplies he needed and returned. He was knowledgeable, fast and easy to talk to. I was so impressed with the entire process and so thankful for their help. We will definitely be calling Earl’s if we run into any problems in the future!

I highly recommend Earl's Plumbing. Brant who is one of the owners took the time to take my call yesterday after normal business hours. He was very knowledgeable, his team came in the very next day, found the issue, and took care of it quickly. The price was very reasonable.

Absolute amazing experience from start to finish. The office persons were amazing and friendly and the plumber that came out Justin was awesome! He has visited my home twice and both times was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient! Highly recommend Earl's plumbing!
