Trident plumbing was able to come out very fast the day that I called. Mark was very thorough with his inspection of our disposal and offered many solutions as to how to fix it. He worked diligently and and was very professional. Thank you Trident Plumbing!!!

Preston was amazing. He came in and fixed everything from a supposed Plumer who was here a couple days ago and did damage to my house and did not install faucets properly and even broke some of the new faucets that he was supposedly installing. I was just changing out old faucets for new ones. Preston with Trident Plumbing came in and just fixed everything for me and made me feel so much better!! He’s a very nice guy and very professional. He’s coming back to replace the sink and do the plumbing work that the other person broke for me next week.Should’ve called Trident to begin with!

Preston and Jeremy were amazing. Very professional, understanding, and respectful with my home and my pets.They were very conscious of my fur babies and made sure they were ok every step of the way. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you for all your hard work!

This is our second time using Trident, and rest assured, we'll be customers for life! Mark and CJ took excellent care of us today, thoroughly explaining the issue and solution. They even pointed out incomplete work done by a previous plumber that could have cost us major $$ in repairs if not addressed. Matt and Roman were fantastic in the installation of our new toilet, they were very helpful and knowledgeable and kind their work is very professional and Matt is very very funny, Roman is a hard working man, I recommend Trident plumbing to all my friends, and I would recommend these two gentlemen to be the service tax to all the jobs are sent out to that I know of my daughter is a real estate agent and she has homes worked on all the time. I will definitely recommend Matt and Roman with Trident plumbing to her to use in her real estate business because she has rentals and she has properties to sell so when a plumber is needed, I will strongly recommend Trident plumbing thank you guys for a great job and a great service. Yesterday I found my guest bedroom carpet soaking wet. After my own inspection I knew that I had a water leak. I was referred to Trident by a handyman and so glad I was. They answered my call and in less than an hour they had diagnosed the problem and given me a fair estimate as to the cost of repair. In just a few hours I had two valves replaced, a new water heater, a new overflow tank and peace of mind. The two service men were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant and the work was exceptional. I would use Trident again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. They are A+ in my book.

Matt Lawrence came and replaced my water heater today. Matt was on time, explained the situation, and kept me informed throughout. They did great work and got us back up and running in short order. Highly recommend Matt and Trident for your plumbing needs!

I had 4 plumbers review my sewage line issue and chose Trident to do the repair for several reasons. The professionalism and team work were exceptional, Mark and his team exceeded all expectations. Great group of guys, call them first. Don’t delay fixing a sewage line issue until you flood your house like I did.

The plumber from Trident was Matt Lawrence. He was excellent! Matt was very thorough, meticulous and very professional. He ensured everything worked the way it was supposed to and in fact, double checked all of the work that was completed. Hopefully I will not have another plumbing need in the future. However, if I did, I would definitely use them again

We had Trident Plumbing perform a tankless water heater flush, and the service was absolutely top-notch! Scheduling was quick and easy, and I appreciated the appointment reminder the day before. On the day of service, our technician CJ called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and got straight to work.

CJ also took the time to explain a few optional maintenance services to help improve our water heater’s performance, and he provided clear, upfront pricing for each one—no surprises! He left the area spotless, and afterward our water heater was running noticeably better. We even received some great new customer goodies!

We’ll definitely be using Trident Plumbing for all our future water heater and plumbing needs. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service!

We had a mystery pool of water show up on the right side of our house, we assumed sprinkler leak, 2 separate visits later and nothing was found. We hired Trident through the sprinkler guys recommendation, they arrived same day approximately 30 minutes after the sprinkler guy left.

CJ was great, walked me through the process and started initial investigation. The following day, first thing in the morning, Jeremy and Dakota arrived and the work started, the leak was found more or less within an hour, thankfully in a place where the final bill wasn't a heart attack. The bad pipe was replaced and ready to go before lunchtime.

Excellent service all around, highly recommended.

Mark Hamilton came out to go over water treatment systems that they offer. They broke it down in a pick and choose manor so you could decide on what you wanted to go forward with. I had them install an RO unit that I had purchases from Amazon. The price was great considering how difficult it is to work under a sink and do it in a way that makes changing filters easier in the future. I am very happy with Trident plumbing.

I needed two water heaters drained and a bathroom drain unclogged. Dakota from Trident Plumbing handled both jobs. I was very happy and impressed with the work. Not only did he complete the tasks, he also walked with me step by step on how to do this maintenance work on my own to prevent future occurrences of the issues. Saves me money!

I cannot recommend Trident enough. Matt and Colby have been to our property multiple times for many different things. Toilet installs, bidets, and just recently a water supply line install. The Team worked diligently and went above and beyond to ensure the line was moved to a location that would work with our new fridge and did an incredibly clean install. I’ve always been impressed by the customer service, hospitality and outstanding quality of work. 100/10

Dakota took care of annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. He was polite and seemed to take extra care in descaling our system. He also gave me information on how to turn off our house water in case leaks or flooding . I thought the valve was outside, but there is a shut off valve inside, and he showed me the location and how to turn it off. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and gave us other suggestions & ideas in case we decide to upgrade our system. We’re glad he was our plumber today! Will definitely use him in the future!

Excellent same day service!!! We suddenly had zero hot water and called this morning at 7:30 am. Lachlan Johnson arrived at our house by 12:30 pm, had everything installed and had us back in business by this afternoon. My husband I are thrilled with everything!! Lachlan was very patient, professional and kind. We are so pleased we are planning on using him again for another issue regarding our soak tub as well as obtaining a whole house water filtration system. Thank you Lachlan and Trident for everything, you made our day😊

Logan and Trident took excellent care of me. Showed up when promised and completed the job quickly. They didn’t leave a mess and the craftsmanship is superb. Repair bill was as discussed ahead of starting work, no surprises.

Our experience with Trident Plumbing was very disappointing. They quoted nearly $600 to replace a simple fuse that costs around $20, which we later replaced ourselves. Once the fuse was replaced, the water heater worked normally.

The diagnostic visit alone was over $350, and the technician spent a significant portion of the time waiting on the phone with the manufacturer. For such a basic issue, this pricing felt unreasonable.

After we chose not to proceed with their service, the owner left a negative review of our business despite never being a customer, and shortly after a complaint was filed with the health department, but we had already fixed the water heater. That sequence of events felt very retaliatory and unprofessional.

I would recommend that other business owners get multiple quotes before agreeing to repairs.

Our great service began with Tori who got us scheduled quickly and was so very nice. She also communicated with city and gas company to get the inspection and plumbing permit. Then Mark came and found the gas leak. He was very thorough and explained the repair. Mark returned the next morning with Teagan. The work included removing and replacing outside brick, cutting through drywall inside, installing new pipe, and more. The finished work was excellent and they cleaned up the work areas. They did everything they could to help us get our gas turned on before the storm hit. We are so appreciative. They were great.

Highly recommend Trident Plumbing. Excellent customer service and communication. Sean and Keagan were a dream to work with. They talked me through every step of our sewer leak locate and, as a result, I felt empowered to make good decisions. It was a pleasant, low-pressure interaction from start to finish. I've been dealing with plumbing companies for 13 years as a property manager, and this was the best experience I've had. Do your research and get multiple quotes, but in the end you'll be glad you went with Trident.

Sean and his apprentice were very friendly, easy to talk with, and professional. Sean is a wealth of knowledge and was not thrown by any questions we had but rather answered them in great detail. They were efficient in their time, clearly communicated throughout the process, explained the invoice charges before work competed and after, laid out runners and wore booties to keep surfaces clean, and left a beautifully clean job. The work is excellent. Asked other questions about other future jobs and provided quotes. He anticipated our needs/ questions and went above and beyond! Thanks again for the excellent work and professionalism.
