I had a great experience with Earls plumbing. I was in a bind with no sinks after new countertop install. They were able to get me scheduled fast. Very nice technician. Great work. Will use them again in the future.

Earls plumbing crew did the maintenance flush for our Tankless water heater in less than 30 minutes. I’m very satisfied with the job done by Cooper and Steve. I’d recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC Services. Charges were very reasonable compared to other companies requiring fir their service tech to be dispatch before they can actually give you a quote which to me is very fishy !!!

I had a Delta shower cartridge that needed replacing. Attempted myself but stopped before breaking anything. Evan and his assistant were able to remove the cartridge after fighting with it for a little bit. Glad I stopped and called before breaking anything. They were great, answered all my questions and charged the original estimate. I highly recommend them.

Earl’s was so helpful and timely. They were able to schedule me quickly for a water heater issue and even work me in earlier when they had an opening. Their in house financing was so easy to apply for. The technicians were respectful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. All in all a great experience.

I just had to get this icemaker that makes 100 pounds every 24 hours just because… Well why not. COOPER from Earls showed up early and even though I had lost the manual somehow he still got everything right at first try very very nice gentleman highly recommend this place very trustworthy

We used their Lubbock location several months ago for a clogged toilet that was backing up into our bathtub. They "ran a camera" and said the line was fine and were able to "clear the clog". Two-three months later, I called them again for the same issue. "Cleared" it, no issues. Two or three months go by again, same issue. At this point, I've begun to suspect the line was not "fine" as we were told. I went with another company. Long story short, our entire sewer line had to be replaced due to corrosion and rust because of age. I asked the plumber then if he felt it could have been caught sooner. He said, possibly, if the original plumber knew how to run a camera and knew what to look for. He also said it was likely the original plumber didn't look carefully enough. Our entire line was cracked with portions completely missing; it's honestly a wonder it didn't leak and cause more damage. The original plumber from Earl's never questioned why there was a solid obstruction in the line. He said it was "just grease and such". Not so the case. Over $6k later and a (repaired) massive hole in our concrete foundation, we have the issue fixed. I will never use Earl's again, primarily because I feel like they could have done more due diligence and prevented us from having to deal with the issue multiple times. I originally left a glowing review, but after this issue, I certainly can't recommend them at all. Clearly, they missed something not once, but twice, in an effort to get done quickly. Maybe if you're hitting something solid and the customer has a repeat issue in the exact same area within a few months, do more digging (literally). Do more investigating. That's what we pay plumbers for. We also have a credit on our account we'd like back out of principle, but since it's less than $10 I don't care to bother with it.

What an incredible company. I do not even know where to start. First off, just kind and easy to work with staff from the phone to the technicians that came on site. I’m glad we went with Earl’s because they took great care of us. They went above and beyond in replacing our water heater and being patient when making sure everything worked. They have even been following up to ensure that we are all square. A special thank you yo to Luke, Robert, and TJ for all their help this past week. We would recommend this company to anyone in Frisco.

Martin & Cameron were very thorough when it came to identifying the cause of my issue and solving it. I have had other companies out and they don’t do as good a job as Blue Frog. I’ll be using them from now on. Thanks guys.

Also just had Michael out to investigate a Dishwasher line, turns out it might just be a dishwasher issue. He was thorough and answered all my questions. Thanks Michael.

This is the drain and pan install that cost thousands but will never ever look clean or tidy because grime and gunk are sealed into it and it’s visible around and through the strainer. The pan will always feel cheap and hollow underfoot because it was NOT installed per manufacturer instructions and method. That the expensive new drain will always look moldy and dirty is an aggravation every time we see it.
BIG promises, BIG cost, very shabby shameful work. The people they send out to make promises are NOT the people who actually do the work and nothing carefully discussed gets passed on. Save money and aggravation and USE ANYONE ELSE.

Martin was exceptional. We had received multiple quotes for a fairly large issue thanks to the trees in our front yard, and Blue Frog was the best overall quote. I was surprised by the exceptional quality, proper expectations and attentions to detail. Not only was our problem fixed for a reasonable amount, but Martin had three stuffed blue frogs for our kids. I can’t say enough about this guy! Give blue frog a shot, and I bet they will earn your business just like they did with us. We have some before and after photos attached for those curious of what they do.

Had a clogged main drain line. They fixed it and other issues and left us in excellent shape

I am a Realtor, Frisco. I think I found our favorite plumbing team with Mike and Alex at Blue Frog! It’s critically important that I be able to trust my contractors when I have a house on-market and under contract! Mistakes are not an option for the seller—buyers hold the Ace. They replaced the WH in a few hours, it’s a exactly what I needed, at the right price for my client. I’m not surprised, I have used Blue Frog for years—they’ve never let me down. 5-Stars here

Mike, Zach, and Allen really worked with us to find a painfully small leak causing all sorts of problems under our foundation. Mike was relentless in his search and went above and beyond for us, he really cares about his customers! Zach and Allen worked in the background to help make sure we were satisfied!

Martin and his assistant Uriel were very courteous, efficient and effective in remounting my under counter sink, installing a new faucet, and replacing or reinstalling all of the associated plumbing. Both men were professional, courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. I highly recommend Martin and will request him for future work.

We had a great experience with bluefrog Plumbing & Drain of North Dallas. I called them to repair an item that was not properly completed by a previous plumber (contracted by my home warranty provider). bluefrog scheduled my appointment immediately. Gary arrived at our house, put on his shoe covering (so not to soil our carpets) and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate, ordered the correct parts and came back in a couple of days to install. We had Gary address several other cosmetic plumbing issues that we had put off for some time. Working with a dependable company gave us the confidence to let them complete all. Gary was efficient and professional. Kari, who took my initial call, was great to work with. She too, was professional, knowledgable and delivered exactly as she promised. I have worked professionally with bluefrog in the past, but this is the first time that I've experienced their service as a customer. They did not disappoint!

Mike came out the same day and was knowledgeable, professional and very polite! We added a Blue Frog Elite Membership because of his exceptional customer service. We’re eager to have him back!

Martin came out to replace my garbage disposal and gave excellent service. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, explained how to maintain my appliances, and even explained the perks of becoming a member. My garbage disposal looks and works great and he even gave me a cute blue frog at the end of the service! Glad I chose Bluefrog!

I've used bluefrog plumbing three times over the past few years. Each time they've shown up on time and fixed my problem faster than I expected. Repairs are not only quick, but they stand the test of time. Highly recommended!!

Blue frog was great. They were done pretty quickly and they determined where the leak was. David Laster was clear and concise. I understood what he was telling me, and he kept informed at every step! I really appreciate their work and customer service.
