My water heater of 10 years started showing signs that it was ready to give out so I reached out to multiple plumbers/plumbing companies for quotes to replace it with a tankless water heater. Sean from Trident came out and provided me with a free estimate. He took his time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the process. On install day, Sean and Teagan were prompt, courteous, and tidy. They ran a bit over the time they initially quoted, however, it was to ensure the job was done right, which I appreciated.

Overall experience was top notch end to end and I would happily recommend them to others.

We had just given black plumbing the boot because of unreasonable additions to our bill. Earls came prepared and had everything on their truck. I probably saved 150-200 dollars.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Earl's Plumbing!!! I had a plumbing emergency this morning and they were able to assist me over the phone to temporarily resolve the issue and they didn't charge me nor would they take a tip for the assistance. Talk about a GREAT customer experience, I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs!

They did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our drainage system & fixing it quickly. They even offered us a 30 day warranty if anything gets backed up again soon. Highly recommend!

We had an outdoor faucet pipe that was leaking. We called three plumbers and they could not work us in for ten days to two weeks. We called Earl’s and they were here within two hours. Scott and his apprentice/helper had to remove bricks to get to the pipe. They were so nice and got the job done in one hour. We have water now! From this point forward, Earl’s will be our go to plumber!

I had a pretty nasty water leak on my hands! I called up Earl’s and they dispatched help within a couple of hours. On the phone I described to them what was happening and they told me exactly what it was and provided a price on the phone! The plumbers came out and worked their magic. Extremely thankful for previous owner purchasing a home warranty through Earls. Our assigned technician, Chad, was here to inspect our furnace today. Extremely kind and thoroughly answered any other questions or concerns I had.

I called Earl’s Plumbing and Justin was here in less than 30 minutes with a couple of apprentice plumbers. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced which I had bought ahead of time, thinking I could do the job. It turned out I didn’t have the strength or the necessary tools to do the job. Anyway the guys completed the job in about 30 minutes at a reasonable price. I will definitely call Earl’s in the future for any plumbing job that I can’t handle.

I had a problem with the water system making a loud noise when you turn it on. Earl’s had replaced my water heater so I had them work on the noise. Scottie Bratton was the technician and he did a great job. He found an abnormal extra main valve that was the problem.

I recommend these guys because they do a tremendous job. Scottie worked during the extreme heat and I was extremely happy with how well he did everything. When you find a technician that takes pride in his work, you want other people to see it and be blessed by their work.

I have used Earl's Plumbing before to replace a garbage disposal. This time I woke up at 3:00 a.m. with guest bathroom toilet flooding the floors due to some cheap builder parts. I called Earl's Plumbing at 8:30 a.m. T.J. took my call and had my favorite tech Scottie came out and inspected the unit, confirmed the parts were cheap & wore out. He also inspected 5 other toilets and showed me they had cracked parts, or broken seals. I asked Scottie to replace them all and he did. Right on the spot. I had to leave to return a package & runt to the bank. I left Scottie and his assistant at my house to complete their work while I was running errands. They cleaned up after themselves, locked up the doors, and emailed me an invoice. This is a great company with great employees. Honesty and Integrity. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs, and I will def used them again for my plumbing needs. Thank you Earl & Scottie & Team!

I needed two things done. One was completed and the other one is going to require more time and more extensive work, so I chose to wait on the second job because we have family coming over. I am very please with the professional attitude of the technician, the upfront cost and the timely delivery of service. I will be calling Earl’s Plumbing for future plumbing repairs.

Earls sent out a technician the same day to fix my furnace. Reyes was amazing! He had me up and running smoothly in an hour. He was very polite and taught me what to look out for.

Scottie arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant to work with. He assessed a leak, provided the repair, and checked a drain. He worked quickly and did a great job. We were very pleased with his service and Earl’s plumbing overall. We will definitely turn to them for any future plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Earl's Plumbing. We have recently purchased a new house and need the old toilets replaced. One call to Earl's sorted everything out. They Supplied the new Toilets (the same model we were looking for), they Installed the Toilets and also hauled away the old ones. Once the installation was completed, they took care and cleaned the area. We didn't have to deal with boxes or packaging, picking up supplies or having to clean anything. It was a fantastic experience.

We had two service crews today, one for A/C and another for our kitchen faucet. Both concerns were fixed and the technicians were respectful and explained the processes very well. We will certainly call on Earls’s again for our plumbing service.
