A perfect score of 5.0!!!. They came out same day I called and repaired a main water leak that another company “fixed” 2 weeks prior. After I got the run around from DP I called Earls and could not be happier. Instead of patching the line like the other company they replaced the line to the house and raised the shut off value to make it easier to access. The first picture is what DP did for $1800 and the second is what Earls did for $800. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EARL’S.

I discovered ponding water accumulating around my front porch next to the front facet. The highly talented techs isolated the problem to pinhole leaks in the supply line. The amount of work they had to perform (removing mulch, mature Holly plant, and mud) was impressive and appreciated to resolve the problem. They were so empathic to this 77-year-old Type A personality who was very vexed that it was a slab problem and concerned about more home damage than found. I cannot tell you how highly I rate Earl's Plumbing and the professionals sent to remediate my problem. I really appreciate them enduring my motor mouth and, constant questions and stressful babbling. When everything was completed and professionally cleaned up, and they left, I thought of an old Will Roger's quote about happiness: I'm as happy as a puppy with two peters! Texans will get the sentiment. God Bless Earl's and all the homeowners who use their services.

Cooper was an amazing Plumber! He installed our new tankless and crossovers in no time at all. We now have instant hot water at the taps and couldn’t be happier. I could not recommend a better plumbing company than Earls. They will be our go-to’s for every project we have. Thank you Earls Team!

I had 2 jobs this week done for me and I was very pleased with the service. Jonathan Gamez, AC Unit, came and serviced my AC which had not worked for 2 days. He was fantastic. We had a sewer line stop up between the house and alley. CJ came out from Earls and found the problem quickly (had a piece of metal driven through the line in the alley?) He contacted the City and got things rolling for us. Our second time to use Earls, fantastic job both times! Highly recommend! Good folks

I called to to see about getting my dream in my shower fixed I had called a few places around town in this one seem to be the Expensive. The woman who answered the phone Was very informative and set me up with Appointment same day. Michael, the technician came out and was very nice and fixed our problem very quickly. He gave us great information for the future. I would definitely choose them again.

My husband and I had a plumbing issue in our new rental home. Not only did Earl's work to prioritize and get techs out for us the same day, but their service was outstanding. Angel and Steven showed up to help with this issue and they were phenomenal in not only discovering a greater issue involved but also being completely transparent and more than helpful in addressing how to get this issue resolved. We thoroughly appreciate their work and 100% trust them and Earl's.

Earl's Plumbing crew was super fast with our new tankless water heater installation, and very friendly and informative - answering all our questions and showing/explaining to us our new system. They were also very respectful of keeping our home tidy, wearing shoe coverings when walking through areas of our home to test the water, and laying down runners from the front door to the upstairs attic area where they were working. The pricing was very fair and we are extremely happy to be rid of our 2 old 50lb tank water heaters.

We recently found out we didn’t have a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) on our house that was built in 1993. The pressure was way too high coming into the house.

Called Earl’s and was given a quote over the phone. After checking with several other companies, they were the only one to give us a confirmed price range. Called them back and they got us on the schedule the very next day.

The next day I received a text during the window of time I was promised with the name and qualifications of the licensed plumber who was on his way to our house. The plumber arrived and explained exactly what he was going to do and exactly what we needed to do (turn on faucets).

Several hours later he had us turn our facets off and open just one faucet on the tub. We then checked the pressure on all our faucets and we were good to go.

Because we didn’t have an access box in our flower bed prior to Earl’s work, the plumber had to dig up enough dirt to fit one in. There was a lot of excess dirt, so he asked if he could spread it around. If you ever need this service and you recently added mulch, I recommend you rake the mulch away. We need mulch, so the dirt spread around was fine with us. It may look a little rough in the pictures with dirt spread around, but I understand he’s a plumber, not a landscaper.

We have water at a pressure that won’t hurt our plumbing and we now have an easy access to turn off our water (hopefully we never have an issue that needs us to that)! Thanks Earl’s!

Service performed: Reworked all supply piping above both 50 gallon gas water heaters, to replace prior poor installation by builder's contractor and also due to heavy corrosion on one cold water supply line at the dielectric union. Replaced and relocated expansion tank due to improper sizing (a single 2.1 gallon tank for two 50 gallon heaters, replaced with a 4.5 gallon tank) and poor prior installation (tank strapped to wall). Brant at Earl's Plumbing was very responsive and communicative. He had scheduled for both Jason and Justin to come out for this repair. We had discussed on the best approach to resolve this issue and glad that the heavily corroded dielectric union was able to be extracted and replaced. Very happy with Jason and Justin's services today. They are both very approachable, professional and gained my trust for the repair. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! Kudos to Earl's Plumbing for being a responsive and honest local plumbing company.

Thought they'd be great based on reviews, but they took zero accountability for their work.

Brought them to investigate a sink smell and they just wanted to clean the overflow pipe. I told them I already tried that but that's all they wanted to do and charged me $250 (and had to borrow my cleaners) to do it. When smell returned a week later they said they'd charge me all over again just to diagnose.

Earls was able to get out same day and install a new faucet to replace the old one that had our busy kitchen sink shut completely down. They did a fantastic i job on with phone and text communication. The price was pretty close to what we expected and a good value especially since we’re outside of town. We’ll definitely use them again!

I had a good experience with Earl's. I had a gas leak from a corroded pipe at the meter that went to our pool heater. I explained to them the problem, sent them photos, and discussed possible fixes. I was really worried they were going to show up and "find problems that need to be fixed". They showed up, diagnosed, fixed what we discussed, and charged me what they said it would cost when we originally discussed over the phone. Hopefully I don't need gas-line work very often but if I am in need again I would certainly give them a call.

Thank you for helping me with the faucet and toilet. I have had Mike and Roman out at my house twice for different things. They both have great customer service. I appreciate the member discount because it helped with these two jobs.

Eric and Tegan replaced my garbage disposal and while they were here they gave me an estimate and all the options i have to replace old water heaters. we're also interested in getting water filtration and i thought i would need to schedule a different appt to get an estimate, but they were very patient and kind to go over the systems they offer. Our hot water heater was leaking water and the service technician, Matthew, was at our house within 30 minutes after I called Trident. He explained everything, showed us how to shut off the water and then returned shortly after to install a new water heater at a very reasonable cost. Courteous, professional, and efficient. Would definitely recommend Trident.
