Finding Earl's Plumbing was like finding buried treasure. We were in a jam with an auger that got stuck and a clogged drain. Rachel took our call and promptly got a team dispatched. Michael and Eric responded and they were fantastic in so many ways. They were courteous and upbeat, they were knowledgeable, and they were great listeners; they seemed to have our interest at heart. They unearthed a problem with old cast iron, and gave us options to resolve the problem. We have found the team that will take care of our future needs and I strongly recommend them for anyone in need of a qualified and proficient plumber.

Awesome service!! We called and needed someone quickly and within 30 minutes Danny and Alex arrived and was ready to tackle the job. They were very knowledgeable and professional and made sure everything was properly working and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Earls to anyone that is in need of any plumbing issues. Again I can’t say enough about Danny, Alex and Earls Plumbing.Great job guys!!

Incredibly rude experience. Here's the story:
I called today and described an issue with my master shower handle. I was speaking with someone named Sam and she was very nice. I told her I was comparing Earl's to one other company. I asked her if she was willing to give a price based on my description of the issue before coming out so I at least didn't go into it blind. She confidently said it would be $250. Surprised at her confidence, I said "If the actual plumber comes out and sees that the issue is generally how I described, but instead tells me the price is $350, how would that be handled?".
Her response was very simple..."That won't happen.". I asked for a little more detail, still surprised that she could quote so simply like that. She said "For basic things I am able to quote over the phone. If it is something more complex, I usually get the technician involved who might Facetime or something to provide the quote.". I liked that answer and it made sense to me. I told her I would call around a little bit but likely call her back to move forward with the repair.

Later when I called back, this time someone else picked up, who said he was the Master Plumber for the area. I was a little concerned that I was speaking to someone new, so I asked if he knew who Sam was and he said yes. I then explained what she had told me as well as reiterating what the situation was in my shower. He started off by saying that I shouldn't hold anyone to a price given over the phone. I responded by saying, "That's why I posed the possibility to Sam that the actual plumber might quote something different, and she assured me that wouldn't happen. It sounds like you're saying she shouldn't have done that. Is that correct?"

He said that was correct, which is fine by me. No issues yet.

He then proceeded to give me his best guess as to what the fix might be, saying it was likely that the cartridge would need to be replaced, and if so it would be $250, but he couldn't guarantee that more/different work wouldn't be needed if the issue was bigger than that, which could cause the price to go up. Again, no issue.

This is when the story takes a left turn for no reason:

Seeking to confirm we were on the same page, I asked a very likely and simple hypothetical. I said "When someone from Earl's comes out, IF they happen to confirm that the only repair needed is to replace the cartridge as you guessed, are you saying the price will for sure be $250?". He didn't answer. After the pause, I said "Not trying to be cheap, just trying to make sure I have a basic idea of what to expect". He didn't even let me get halfway through that sentence before he started laughing and then he said "It sounds like you are.". Unsure I heard him correctly as he talked over me, I said "I'm sorry?". He reiterated, "I said it sounds like you ARE trying to be cheap". Needless to say the call ended shortly after that.

I was half confused as to why he suddenly chose to say such a pointed statement, and half frustrated at the unwarranted rudeness. I was literally just confirming what he already told me, which is that a cartridge repair would be $250.

Keep in mind, this brief interaction lasted about 2 minutes before he made that comment, and in that time he felt he heard enough to laugh and call me cheap.

"Master Plumber of the area" is not the same as Owner, so I am willing to take down this review if the Owner calls me personally to discuss this interaction in more detail.

For what it's worth, I immediately called Still Waters Plumbing who were incredibly accommodating from the start, and they are doing the repair as I type this. If you value being able to ask questions about price without being laughed at and called cheap, I recommend going with them.

Before someone from Earl's responds to this and entirely misses the point, I'll clarify: this is an issue of rudeness and respect, nothing more. The price I paid for Still Waters is likely the same if not more than what I would have paid for Earl's but I gladly gave them my business after this.

This is our first time using Earl's Plumbing and was pleased with the level of service and professionalism. When booking the appointment, I spoke at length to the gentleman on the phone about our situation and options. He was very knowledgable. Justin came out to assess the issue with our water heater. He was very polite, professional and informative. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. We talked about all of our options and he was never pushy to up sell. After weighing our options decided to replace our water heater which was installed by Jason and Cooper who were also very professional and took the time to communicate the job. For the most part, all plumbers have access to the same products so what sets them apart is the service and workmanship that they provide. It was a great experience with Earl's Plumbing and would contact them again for our plumbing needs.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Earls plumbing, this is the second time I called them out for my plumbing issues. Both times they have been able to schedule me right a way. They have a good communication system so I know when they will be here. Their techs are always professional and very polite. I will be sure to call them again.

Had a plumbing issue in a commercial building. Called these folks and it was same day service! Great job, fast and professional and a smooth transaction from start to finish! Highly recommended.

Justin, and his support tech, showed up and was able to fix the clog in my upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and took care not to damage anything. They were also able to answer my questions about why the backup occurred and how I could avoid it in the future.

I used them in the past and I will continue to use them in the future.

Earl’s Plumbing was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our attic, fortunately it was over the garage, on Friday, 12/23. We called Earls’s at 2 PM and Danny Tucker was at our house by 4:15 PM and had the pipe fixed and water up and running again by 5:30 PM! Since we were not established customers, we really appreciated the quick response. Earl’s Plumbing saved our Christmas as we had family arriving from out of town that evening. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the service was, too! Highly recommend!

Chad Eubanks came and repaired my dryer. Chad has worked on multiple appliances I have and has always been awesome. He is very knowledgeable, very clean, and explains everything from pricing to the repair. Thank you

We had to have a gas line rerouted in a hurry and Earl's Plumbing delivered! The technicians, Richard and Bradley, were prompt, efficient, and friendly. The lady that coordinated everything (sorry, I forgot her name) was very patient and competent. They coordinated with the gas company and city inspectors so beautifully, that I didn't have to worry about a thing! The guys kept me informed as the project progressed, and left absolutely no mess! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Jonathan came out and unclogged my sink and ran camera through pipes. He and his assistant did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. My new go to plumbing company!

Technicians Cooper and Evan came by to fix a leak in a bathtub and install an Insinkerator garbage disposal. They were professional, courteous and showed expertise in what they were doing. I appreciate Earl’s as a company as it seems like a well-oiled machine—prompt, efficient and they deliver, all the while maintaining quality customer service.

The service was outstanding! The two young gentleman were prompt, very knowledgeable, courteous and did an outstanding job! They repaired our toilet and even noticed that the shutoff valve needed to be replaced. They explained exactly what they were doing and why. We had a water leak after hours. Justin came within 30 minutes of call. He was very professional, and he has been in business for 13 yrs as a plumber. He found the leak and another issue we had promptly. Plumbing could not be fixed at the time, so he shut off the water and am now awaiting a call this morning. I am very pleased so far with the company.

Earl's staff were very communicative. Made an appointment within a day of request and resolved our water heating and shower issues within minutes. They were informative and very kind. Would certainly use them again and highly recommend to others!

Mike and Ralph were great! They were punctual, professional, and helped find and repair our issue swiftly and efficiently. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I, as a new customer, was satisfied with the service.

Very satisfied with the service and communication with the Earls team. Same day service for a clogged sink drain. The team was very professional and took great care in the surrounding work area to keep it clean and not leave a mess. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs. I hope I do not need any future help, but if I do I will call Earls!

Earl's plumbing did an excellent job replacing all my master bath faucets. Vanity, garden tub, and shower. They were quick to schedule, so polite, cleaned everything up, and disposed of all the old faucets. Scottie and his helper were prompt and professional!! Great guys. Would definitely recommend Earl's.

I had some water leak coming from the top of my foundation line outside of my kitchen, they came ran some test and couldn't (or I should say didn't want to) find it, they charged me 400$ for nothing. They didnt even look under my cabinet covering they said the leak is too small to detect!!! Hired someone else, he opened the kitchen back cabinet board and fixed it, don't hire them, they just charge you and leave.
