Plumbing reviews in Frisco, Texas

John came out right away and his work was top quality. He was upfront with his pricing and got the work done fast. We enjoyed working with a local plumber and would recommend John to anyone else.

Called John after seeing some recommendations on the local home owners site. Made an appointment for the next morning. John showed up on time and got everything taken care of quickly. He even noticed another small issue while under the kitchen sink and took care of it also. He replaced the 2 "push on" water shutoff valves and the supply lines under my sink and I have had no issues. I went ahead and had him give me a quote for some additional work in the house and it seemed very reasonable, I will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

John has done several jobs for us over the years at our house and also has helped out with work for my extended family. He is professional, he does great work and his prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

Professional. Clean. Prompt. Personable.
I called John and got a quick same day response. He gave me two options on my Bradford White MI5036FBN water heater. Repair or replace. I had done my homework so I knew what prices to expect. John’s quote came in slightly lower than average.
I decided to replace the almost new looking water heater that in reality was 10 years old with a new one. The next morning early John arrived early with an assistant and hauled the water heater up into the attic after he had put down protection for the carpet.
When he went to turn off the water at the mains on the roadside he discovered a major leak which he promptly repaired at a reasonable price.
He set the water heater to A for warm and left the home looking as good as it had before he and his assistant has entered the home.
I have no hesitation in recommending John. As a Realtor I have had to deal with quite a few plumbers. ENOUGH SAID.
I would like to thank John for showing respect for my home and taking care with his installation.

Hot water heaters x 3, cracked pipe under the foundation, leaky outside water spouts, now a hot water recirculating pump are all things I have hired John to do over the past 10 years. They were all done quickly and done correctly and at a reasonable price. I usually only write reviews for services I am not happy with but John has earned a 5 star review.

John replaced my water heater a few years ago, and I was so impressed that he's now my go-to plumber. He recently replaced a pressure release valve, as well as helping me with an issue on my washing machine.
John charges fair prices, and more importantly does things right. He shows up when he says he will, and is a pleasure to work with. Also he handled all of the city permit stuff (something I've had to do myself with other contractors). -
We needed a new cold water valve in our laundry room. Called Earls plumbing this morning and they could get us in today. The technician Jason was out within 2 hours of the call. He was very professional and got the repair done and even installed our new washing machine. We are very pleased with the service provided.

I highly recommend Earl’s Plumbing! Professional and quality work. Called in the morning and they were out by mid afternoon! Absolutely fantastic! Brant was great at communicating with me before & after. The crew, Devon & Taylor were amazing as well! They enjoy what they do, they’re very friendly, they got the job done quick/clean & they were honest through it all! We will definitely be calling them again if we need to!

The two things which I didn't like about them is that they don't give a clear estimate upfront AND they don't give a work breakdown. They like to give a range and you are stuck with them. In my experience, they came back with a big range of $1200 to $1700 for changing a PR valve in my house and later came back with $1550 as the charge. When I asked for a breakdown between parts and labor, they didn't provide it as they don't want to give the details. When I asked repeatedly, the technician didn't like it and was unprofessional.

My water heater needed to be replaced and moved into the garage. Earl's Plumbing was very informative and educated me on the whole process. They also tried their best to keep cost reasonable. They cleaned up after they completed their work. They showed me how everything works on the new water heater. I am very happy with my new water heater. They showed that they really cared about doing the job right.

Brant was very helpful when I called to schedule an appointment. Justin and his assistant arrived within an hour to repair a broken faucet valve. They were professional, arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and charged a very reasonable price. Excellent experience with a great company! Will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommend.

My technician was Jerry & let me tell you he was prompt, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend Earl's Plumbing services. The best part, my technician lives in Brownfield so he was able to stop early in the morning & get my Plumbing needs fixed promptly.

Earl's has helped me with two jobs during the past two months. One major outside repair and one toilet repair. They were fantastic with both. They responded quickly and provided great information up front for me to make a decision about the work. Their staff was professional, courteous, did a great job and cleaned up after. Highly recommend!

We went here by recommendation, we had never needed a plumber before and had a problem that needed immediate attention. They arrived quickly, and the guys were very nice and professional. They found and fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. When I googled what that particular problem would cost, they were on the low end of the range. I will definitely recommend using them and will be glad to use them again myself if needed in the future.

Colin and Justin were friendly and courteous. They immediately started working on replacing my two outdoor facets and finished both in the time I thought it would take to do one facet! Super pleased! Highly recommend Earl’s plumbing! We are repeat customers based on their consistently providing high-quality plumbing work. Plus we’ve found they have best pricing!

I called Earls at the suggestion of a friend and they were able to come out same day
They serviced my tankless water heater and installed a new faucet
They were professional and did not attempt to make me buy a lot of other things I do not need.
I recommend them but would ask they kindly rethink their pricing. It was pretty expensive for my taste but they fixed all the issues I had! -
Inquired about a water heater fix. Said they could go through my home warranty. Started working on my water heater w/o home warranties approval. Left my house with an uninstalled water heater and told me to deal with it
Edit- Buddy, I am not going to debate with you online. Glad I found you guys yesterday, so I can warn other buyers- I couldn’t remember your companies name. The statements you made are inaccurate. You did provide a quote for job, but then said let’s see how much the home warranty will cover. We agreed not to start work until we get those details first. While waiting for home warranty to process claim, your tech just started working anyway. You then tried to strong arm me to finish job since you already uninstalled my water heater. Clearly the way you handled the situation and your responses here justify the 1 star. Good luck -
I can never be more satisfied with the timeliness, cost effectiveness and quality of work done in my property. Very polite and professional staff from office staff and Luke and Justin who came and did the job. Many thanks to you and hope you continue to provide honest and quality work to the community.

Did a great job. Very professional. My neighbor gave the referral to me.
Will consider them again in near future if need replace hot water heater.
Very easy to contact and get estimates.
They arrived soon after sending a text message they were on way. -
The guy who came (who supposedly had 14 years of HVAC experience) couldn't figure out how to determine if my thermostat had shorted out, even though there was another exactly like it that he could have swapped out. He quoted me over $400 to replace the thermostat, to see if that solved the problem, even though a new replacement thermostat runs less than $100, and would be a simple swap-out. And charged a $100 "diagnostic fee". I'll only be calling Earl's for plumbing issues from now on.

I received very responsive and professional service from Earl’s Plumbing. Everything from sales, scheduling and the on-site installation was top notch. We had them replace two 50-gallon water heaters. Their pricing was a bit cheaper than others in town. I selected them based on that and their availability to get in done ASAP. But their level of service has won me over.
