Mike Young was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to determine the cause of the issue 10 minutes after arrival and was wrapped up within the hour.

I was extremely disappointed after reading such great reviews on this company. ‘Our goal is to provide top quality service at affordable prices’ - not the case this time. I had them come out to fix a loose shower handle. Although hesitant to have a plumber out, we just have not had the time to attempt to repair this ourselves. I called and scheduled after being told it would $85 trip fee plus the cost of the repair. Never imagined they would quote me $300 to diagnose plus the trip fee. For a loose handle! Beware as they do not disclose this at the time of scheduling and I even asked! Instead of gaining a customer, I was left with such a negative impression.

Horrible service over priced sent plumber name Frank out to our location which he was on some sort of drugs pupils dilated an kept dosing off while doin the shop very pissed would leave ZERO stars if possible

I paid $400 for a water heater inspection, but the scope of work was extremely limited, basically just turning it on and checking pressure. The fee was not clearly explained upfront, and the manager only offered a discount on future services rather than addressing the charge I already paid. I felt misled and dissatisfied with the transparency of the pricing. Would not recommend, go with somebody that I clearly explains the service being offered prior to charging you.

The tech that came out was super understanding and was real clean as he worked on my toilet he was fast and super professional I was called back as soon as I called and they arrived super fast.

Garrison is a cool dude...more important his guys are cool dudes...we use him mainly for Commercial jobs...he's out of the Frisco area...but that doesn't matter...

I called garrison plumbing for a garbage disposal replacement and the very next day they sent out a technicion to replace my disposal . I was very impressed with the work performed by them . They were in and out in a timely fashion and did a great job . I definetly recommend this company to anyone looking for great service .
