They delivered great repair service at our workplace!

We contacted Garrison Plumbing with a plumbing crisis in one of our hotels in the dallas area early Wednesday morning. Not only did they promptly return our call, they also showed up in such a short amount of time. Bill was very attentive to our needs and was able to divert our crisis quickly and quietly so we could resume business with very little interruptions. Thank you all so much.

We contact Garrison Plumbing Services for an emergency we had at our office late Monday afternoon & they came out 1st thing morning on Tuesday. Bill came out and worked in the rain and resolved our issues right away. Bill was awesome and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns! If you want a company that has great customer service and send plumbers that know what they are doing and have been doing it for years says a lot. If you want honest and folks that take pride in their work and top it off with great customer service they are your guys to call. Thank you again Bill for coming out in such a short notice. You guys are great!

Called for an appointment for a significant leaking spigot. The plumber called and said he was on his way. He then called and said would be at my house at noon. At noon I called the office. The office assured me he was coming. By 5:00 he had not arrived and the office never told me he wasn’t coming. Meanwhile my water leaking is continuing. Baker’s Brothers would have this fixed by now. I sincerely regret giving this company a try.

I find myself all to often NOT impressed when I must reach out and use a new vendor for service/repair work which needs to be completed at the office. However, today became a much different experience. I reached out @ 9:00 am to Garrison Plumbing Services in Frisco after they had been recommended to me by another plumbing company who did not have the appropriate insurance type to work in a high-rise office building. Garrison Plumbing said they could have someone come and check-out the problem within the same day, this is something that never happens!

They came within the time slot that they had given me and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also cleaned-up the mess the issue had created, too! I did not expect for them to do that! They also inquired about any other issues, and I explained the trouble we were having with one of our refrigerators and they fixed that problem also but did not charge the company for fixing the icemaker.

The two employees sent to my work location were Jairo (Journeyman Plumber) and Carlos (Apprentice plumber) with Garrison Plumbing Services out of Frisco, TX. Both young men were so professional and very polite. From the beginning working with this company was so easy and pleasant, and I received two services for the price of one, which meant I did not have to call an additional service company to fix the ice maker issue. They explained to me that they don’t normally work on appliances but were more than happy to give it a look. They could see what the problem was and was able to fix it.

It is very hard to find a service company that will call you back when they say that they will call you back, and even show up during the appropriate time frame. They also went above and beyond to clean-up the job site. Thanks again Garrison Plumbing for the fantastic customer service and for sending two good employees to help with the situation today! I will gladly use the services of Garrison Plumbing Services again in the future when the situation arises!

Eric and his team were great. They were able to come out the same day I called, and resolved my issue the next day. They explained the full issue to me (previous owners had screwed up the control valve box) and what was needed and finished the whole process professionally and quickly. This was a huge relief off my shoulders, I'd use them again.

Javier and Carlos were very professional and fast! They installed my sink quickly and it turned out great. They always remember me when they come back to do work on my house. I definitely recommend Garrison Plumbing

These guys always take great care of us at our marina. Lots of unique problems on the water, but these guys have the answers.

Our church has had previous providers that we feel have taken advantage of us through price increases. Garrison came out and gave us some quotes on repairs and were reasonable, very prompt, and very pleasant to deal with. They are now our preferred provider. I would recommend them to anybody.

Garrison Plumbing helped us out on a remodel where we ran into several tricky situations. They went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Garrison Plumbing recently completed a major plumbing project at our facility to convert our system from propane to natural gas. This included 16 a/c/heating units and 2 water heaters. Their staff consistently met deadlines, were very detailed oriented and professional. Their workmanship is outstanding. Communication was clear and timely. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing commercial or residential plumbing.

Garrison Plumbing Services have done many jobs for us over the years. At our previous house they helped us with a lot of trouble shooting and repairs when we first bought the house. They ran gas lines for our grill. Did emergency repairs and did plumbing for the renovations. At this house they fixed freeze breaks, installed new water heaters and installed a handicap toilet for my dad’s bathroom.

Every time they did work for us and every plumber they sent out was always professional and respectful. I feel confident they know what they are doing. When they are done I know I have a good product.
