Hai is amazing. He repaired my LG side by side on the service visit, no re-visits necessary. He had all the LG parts incl the compressor, drier service valve etc. with him and he had contacts at LG to immediately call to ensure the side by fridge freezer compressor was still under the 10 yr warranty. He explained thoroughly about all the parts he was replacing and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I think he might be the best service repair person I’ve ever had!

Hai checked out my refrigerator. He told me what he was doing in making sure it was working correctly. He told me what to look out for and let him know if I had any problems. He did a very good job to make sure my refrigerator was working correctly. I call him again to service my refrigerator and keep it working properly.

Great experience with Hai. Prompt response to my refrigerator issue. Explained everything to me, did not try to upsell any repairs. He was very careful with the walls and refrigerator while pulling it out from the space, cleaned up afterwards and gave me good advice. I would definitely recommend him.

We discovered out fridge had stopped working on a Thursday night. I immediately went to Thumbtack to research repair services and found Hai. I sent the query in around midnight
(Not expecting to hear until morning) but within 10 mins he had responded and schedule to come beyween 12-2pm on Friday and had it fixed and up and running by 3pm. Explained everything as he worked, very professional and knowledgeable! Would 100% use again! Thank you Hai!!

We reached out to Hai at RFI Services on Sunday, husband day off, and he replied immediately and we set up a Monday appointment. He diagnosed our problem with our refrigerator not cooling and ordered the part. We also had our in door water dispenser not working and he fixed that. He came back Wednesday with the parts and got us running. I would definitely use RFI Services and Hai again.

Highly recommend Hai Van's RFI Services for refrigerator/freezer service or repair. My ice maker stopped making ice or made only a few cubes a day. Hai quickly diagnosed the issue and went out of his way to get a replacement and installed it the same day. It's not only fixed, it's better than it was since I've owned it.

Hai responded very quickly to my request for service on my LG refrigerator. I was experiencing issues with the ice maker. He kept in communication with me prior to arrival allowing me to know exactly when he would be arriving. Kai was able to determine and thoroughly explain to me what the issue was and was able to have it fixed very quickly. He also caught a small leak in the water line and was able to replace it immediately as he had one on his truck. He definitely saved me from a future problem with my cabinetry and flooring as the refrigerator is built in and difficult for me to move in and out of place. He will definitely be my "go to" the next time I have any problems with my refrigerator.

The dispenser ice assembly on my Samsung side by side fridge needed to be replaced. I had a negative experience with another company who came out to diagnose the issue but refused to provide me with a clear estimate of parts and labor needed for the repair. I then contacted RFI Services since it was highly recommended via my neighborhood Facebook page and Hai came to my rescue! Not only did he diagnose the issue immediately but he also provided the cost of the replacement part and labor charge right away. Two days later, Hai arrived promptly, fixed the issue, and charged me exactly what he initially told me. Hai was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently and cleanly.
