RFI Services has repaired two of my refrigerators on separate occasions and did an excellent job both times. They’re fast, prompt, very knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. The work was thorough, prices were fair, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend RFI Services.

Reached out to Hai on a Sunday after my ice maker/freezer/frig quit and he returned my message in 30mins and was able to make a service call within 24hrs. Due to his extensive experience he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an honest recommendation -repair vs replacement. Repair took less than 3hrs saving me a lot of time, money and a refrigerator full of food. Highly recommend.

RFI Services came highly recommended from my neighborhood Nextdoor App. I contacted Hai and made an appointment. He was at my residence on the day and time he committed to. That, to me, is a reputable company. The owner Hai was Pleasant, personable and extremely knowledgeable. The guy knows his stuff. If you ever have refrigeration or freezer problems, do not hesitate to Contact Hai at RFI services, you will not regret it. I am happy I did.

Excellent service. I had my freezer repaired as it was not draining. Price was good, service was prompt and completed quickly and with care. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it and guaranteed the work for 3 months. Very nice and also friendly with my 3 overly friendly pups. I can highly recommend RFI and will definitely keep the number for all my future refrigerator/freezer needs.

Hai came out the next day, after first contact. He diagnosed and located the part needed and had it ordered before he left. The part arrived early and Hai was able to Masterfully replace the part and repair the fridge. I would absolutely do business with this great man again. The labor and skill provided by Hai was well worth my money.

I had issues with my dishwasher so I contacted this repair company and the service was quite good and the price average

Tech was punctual and polite and he completed the job both efficiently and thoroughly.

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The technician asked me to pay cash before repairing but he never repaired my microwave and also never replied to my messages. I feel like I was cheated. It’s been over 2 weeks already and he hasn’t came to repair my microwave yet.

I called last minute on a weekend they actually had soneone come out Saturday ,assessed the problem .Called me back by Tuesday and fixes the peoblem.Thank you so much.

Appliance repair service did fix my washer and I have called them multiple times to come out to fix my washer. They charged $412 for bad service. I would not recommend them to no one. I attached copies of the invoices.

Key Stone Cops of appliance repair. I had to supply step latter because technicians too short to work on the microwave. I had to supply a couple of tools because they did not have what was required. I supplied a flashlight. I supplied a zip tie because they did not have any. No Covid-19 precautions. OVER charged me because they said it required two technicians and not one {raise one BS flag}. After initial repair scheduled I tried to call back. The phone kept disconnecting after one ring about 20 times. Tried the house phone and got right through. It seems they blocked my cell phone {do not know why}.

Definitely stay away from this service. Go elsewhere fast!

Two stars because they surprisingly replaced the panel that was broken.

My whirlpool washer was making funny noises so I decided to call these guys. It turns out that there was built up debris inside. I was satisfied with how knowledgeable they were so I didnt pay an arm and a leg to another company for such a simple problem.
