I had a great experience with XP Services. Jesus walked me through the process reaching out to LG for a warranty repair. He had great communication with me and then scheduled the repair when the parts arrived. The technician, Pedro, did an amazing job replacing the parts and working on our refrigerator. I can’t say enough good things about them. We will be using their services again in the future.

Quick assessment and fix. Jesus was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. Gave me a certain time when he would arrive and he did- no waiting around for hours on end with a range.
Plus, the price was fair. I recommend!

Great experience with Jesus and the team at XP. Our 20 year old R22 system finally decided to call it quits at the end of another brutal summer (2023). Jesus was able to keep our old system running until we made a decision. We were given options for a few replacement systems but in the end the situation became time sensitive and the guys at XP were able to find an efficient 17 SEER system that was in stock within our budget. The guys were able to do a profession and clean install for our 5 ton, 2 zone system in a day so that we were able to have a AC by the time we got home from work. Just can't say enough about the work they did. Jesus was able to also get us fixed up with new WiFi thermostats. Absolutely recommend Jesus and the team to anyone. They don't play favorites with equipment and will cater to your needs. Jesus is a true professional and very knowledgeable in his craft. Very hard to find that these days. Always support small business!

Very happy with XP Services. He first did as much as he could to instruct me on how to fix the problem myself, explaining it and sending me diagrams and schematics. Then when I was still unable to solve my problem he came over , and did some quick trouble shooting for a very reasonable price. Now they’re doing all the paperwork to get me parts under warranty. They really work to help you and go above and beyond.

I reached out to this company in hopes of fixing my LG fridge. Unfortunately, I decided to go with a different direction as far as getting a new model.

The technician who came was very helpful, provided an estimated time of arrival which fit into my schedule, and even gave recommendations on a new purchase.

Although I was unable to utilize them to fix my existing unit, I will definitely use them again for any future repairs. The price was within my budget!

So very excited to report a very positive experience on a recent repair to my LG Refrigerator. Very nice and professional technician showed up SAME DAY I called for the appointment. He communicates clearly, gives a straightforward quote, and gets the job done fast. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Whenever I called, he picked up the phone with a friendly attitude and took the time to understand my problem (replacing an LG refrigerator compressor). I texted him the model number from the label, and he quickly explained what he could do and gave me a discounted quote that was very reasonable.

He even helped me order the LG compressor with warranty. Then he came the very next day and finished the job.
