Herbert and Jose were so nice and helpful. My appointment was scheduled quickly and definitely relieved my anxiety over my dishwasher. Jose found what the problem was and completely test out my dishwasher to verify it was okay. The charge was reasonable and well worth the cost to confirm the problem wasn’t with the dishwasher. I was in need of repairs for my washer and dryer so I called a few places for quotes. Galo Appliance had great reviews, they answered my call immediately, provided the most affordable price for a diagnostic and booked me for same day repair. They texted and called to let me know Jose was on the way. He showed on time and ready to work as well as provided insightful information during the diagnostic & repair process. He also explained things in a way I was able to understand. Once the repairs were completed he gave me follow up instructions in the event I had any additional issues. Both of my units are now working properly. I’m very thankful for their fast, friendly and affordable service. I recommend them 10/10. Thanks!!

Same day service - I appreciate the text and the email reminding me of my time and date. Jose came out and checked the dishwasher out and gave me thoughts on what might be the problem and he was great.

Will never again use this company. On two occasions they have been contacted to diagnose an issue with our washer. on both occasions there was "no issue found" and I was left with nonfunctional washer that had to be fixed by another company. If you wanna pay for an improper diagnosis and not get your issues fixed, this is the company for you

EDIT 3/18: since the owner wants to rebuttal we will full circle the information given: initial diagnosis in August 2024 left me without a fixed machine. They did not fix it, another applicance company had to do the work for them. Today's appointment they claimed loose/broken wire, yet would not continue looking to support that because "it's taking too long" then tried to say it was a pressure valve after the fact and it is still a GUESS and not for sure. Spending $230+ on a guess, not a good way to do business.

He was punctual, very kind, and took the time to carefully check my fridge, show me exactly what the problem was, and fix it right away. Very responsive. They were able to come out the next day to look at our dishwasher. The trip/diagnostic fee of $65 is reasonable compared to other businesses.

Highly recommend Galo appliance. They provided great communication about their arrival and punctual. The diagnosis was quick and easy and within minutes my water filter and ice maker was fixed. The labor/parts charge was reasonable and thankful they were available to service.

We had an exceptional experience with Jose. He came out the day our freezer quit working. Diagnosed the problem then ordered the part and replaced it and repaired the freezer the next day. He also gave great tips for follow up after he left. I highly recommend his service.
