Nothing but positive things to say about this company. Gentleman who came on site was kind, professional, and took care of the issue quickly. They were sent by Nebraska Furniture Mart as a part of a warranty call on my GE appliance. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The repairman was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He was a big help. I have used this company several times in the past. I have never been disappointed.

The service was very good. The technician was professional and showed great attention to detail, ensuring he did not enter the home with muddy shoes and used protective covers.

We could not be happier with our dryer repair. Chad was an amazing technician, answering all our questions. He treated my 27 year old Maytag dryer like his own! Service was very timely and the wait for parts was very minimal. Highly recommend without reservation. Ask for Chad!

I am very happy that we choose RPS appliance Repair company to service our Whirlpool Refrigerator. The repairman was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was. He also clean an area under the fridge that had a lot of dust and dirt that we didn't see. It was a pleasure working with this company. They also texted me that they would be at my house 25 minutes in advance

Super communication via text and the technician was great. Didn't have my drain pump on the truck, had to order it but that was the only downside. I will use them again. Very reliable and professional.

I requested service from American Home Shield to repair my refrigerator, and I chose to work with RPS Appliances. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. The technician ( Mr.Lane) arrived for my appointment—he was running a bit behind since I was his last stop of the day, but despite that, he remained courteous and professional. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it .

I also appreciated their attention to cleanliness. They wore shoe covers when entering my home and ensured everything was sanitized. Overall, it was a great experience. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

RPS is on our Lowe's protection plan. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, and went over and above our expectations. We did not have to pay for the repair, because it came under our protection plan. We highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend RPS Appliance Repair. It is one of the only appliance repair companies that I’ve known to use a tracking system so you know when the technician will be at your house. They keep you updated with text communications, they are honest and do quality work. Chad, our technician was very experienced, professional and courteous. He walked me through the issues and the process of ordering parts and repairing the unit. I would recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs. My repair was part of the Lowe’s protection plan and they coordinated with them and managed the whole process.

RPS made it easy & convenient to schedule a diagnostic appointment. Communication was timely as well as showing for service. They diagnosed, ordered part & returned to complete the job timely. We now have our standalone ice maker working better than before.

We initially called Galo Appliance Repair to change out the springs in our washer but Jose Sorto also looked at our oven even though it was unrelated to the call. Very good.. on time very efficient & although repairs were major on an old refrigerator, I appreciated serviceman telling me it might not be feasible. Honest and so polite.

The company took my call quickly, responded quickly & Jose was here first thing the next day. Jose inspected our gas range, gave us his assessment & suggestions and did NOT try to oversell anything. He was not pushy. We greatly appreciate his honesty.

I called Galo for a repair on my LG front load washer. The washer was filling with water over several days without being used. Jose was on time, polite, answered my questions and explained what was happening with the washer. He had it repaired within an hour and I was off to work. Excellent service!
