RPS was dispatched to repair our chest freezer still under warranty. Patrick was wonderful! He arrived on time as we could track our appointment through the RPS website. Patrick explained how the freezer works and the best way to defrost, when needed. He was knowledgeable and very personable. We will definitely use RPS for any future appliance repair needs.

This business has great overall service. Joanie was so pleasant on the phone. I had to have only one call in which she scheduled everything which included the technician and parts. My ice maker in my refrigerator was hosing up. Patrick is the technician who came out. He figured out the problem very fast and now I'm back up and running. He's a very cool guy who told me what to look out for in making sure it continues to run properly. The customer service at this place is awesome.

Technician Lane quickly determined the problem with my Maytag Washer, got my repair approved, parts ordered, and scheduled the part installation. Their scheduling application accurately indicates where you are in the service queue. Lowe's decision to use RPS to handle their warranty service was good decision.
For other appliances no longer under warranty, I would not hesitate to contact RPS for repair service.

I had issues with my washer and technician John was sent out. He looked familiar as he had repaired my machine before on a different issue. He was very clean, kind, personable and knowledgeable. I'm a stickler for not wearing shoes in the house and he kindly removed his sneakers before walking over to repair my machine. I highly recommend RBS Appliance repair!
