Once again, Jose Sorto, with Galo Appliance Repairs LLC, is the best! He provided a quote to fix my Whirlpool washer. He said the part was expensive, so i might rather buy a new washer. After conferring with others, I decided to have him repair it (same day!). Working great!!! I think he can fix anything.

Jose came to our home within 12 hours of calling him for our washing machine. We called multiple techs before him and all didn't seem to have a clue what the problem was or they couldn't come out for 1-2 weeks. Jose came in and immediately knew what the problem was (a broken wire) repaired it and we were good to go! We are extremely satisfied with his professionalism and immediate response. I put in a request for repair at 10:30am on a Saturday, and Jose was repairing my washer an hour later. I am now washing clothes again at 12pm, an hour and a half turn around on a Saturday is amazing and so welcome for this crazy, busy mama. I did think paying $200 for a belt replacement was high, but it is cheaper than a new washer.

Jose arrived on time and explained everything he was going to check concerning my Maytag dryer that was not working. He fixed it within the hour and the price was reasonable. I will use Galo Appliance Repair again if needed.

Jose is a great guy. Very knowledgeable. Works fast. Responds quickly. Affordable. He needed to order a part for my refrigerator. In the meantime, he showed me a great hack to keep refrigerator cool until part came in. Once part arrived he was at my home within 30 min to complete the repair. 9/11/25 - my second review- Jose came to fix my oven. It was only working in the broiler setting. Monday he came to see the issue, he had to order the part. Today (Thursday) my oven is fixed and back to normal! He was in and out in about 15 minutes! Another great job! I would recommend him to everyone! Prices are very reasonable! Thank you!!!

I want to say Galo Appliance Repair LLC is great! They have great communication, fast service and very honest. Not to mention very reasonable on prices. I have used them for years.

Jose was polite fast had the part on the truck. He arrived on time diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in no time. The whole process was about an hour start to finish. I am very pleased and will call again if I have any issues with may other appliances.
