Josephine was on-time and very friendly and respectful. He showed me that my washing machine transmission would cost as much as a new machine. He did not try to sell me some reconditioned machine or something. I appreciate Galo for their honesty.

Mario was on time, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to me. I was very pleased with the service on our dryer and felt the charges were very reasonable as well. We will use them again in the future!

The service is exceptional. One A/C unit went out on a Friday evening after I came home from work. I called for service and received an immediate call back the same night. I received an immediate appointment. A lizard and a bird crawled into the electrical box on the outside unit and shorted it out. He also checked my second unit as a safeguard and noticed that the capacitor prongs were black and burned (which actually saved me a second trip and repairs later). He is very knowledgeable, thorough and takes care of the customer as if he were servicing his own system. I can’t “Thank you” enough for being so honest, helpful and understanding!!!!

After hearing a pop in the back of my refrigerator a week ago last Thursday night, my freezer quit cooling and was totally defrosted the next morning. I tried contacting several companies (3 of which were given to us by LG). The labor was on us, but the part was under warranty. Unfortunately, all I got was answering machines but no returned calls, or they didn't service LG warranty items. Finally got an appt sceduled "2:00-4:00, but probably closer to 2:00." The tech called after 3:00 to say it would be 4:30 and then showed up at 4:00 Friday afternoon. He said that the compressor was hot to touch, turn it off for 24 hrs., and plug it back in. Or, if I wanted it replaced it would cost $1200, charged me $85 and left. Well, our freezer sat empty for the weekend. Finally made contact with XP Services on Monday morning and the technician showed up on time as scheduled, was very knowledgeable about the product he was servicing, very polite and professional. He did a very thorough going over the fridge, checked for leaks in the lines and topped off the freon. That was on Tuesday and today (Sat.) the fridge and freezer are still still holding the set temps. They didn't overcharge us for their services. Thank you XP Services for keeping my appliance working a little longer and for saving me $1200. It is hard these days to find honesty and integrity in service providers.Will definitely call on them again if the problem surfaces again.

My refrigerator compressor died all of a sudden. XP was very accommodating with the schedules and I didn’t even have to work with LG customer care to get the replacement compressor. They worked in the background and did an impressive job of getting it fixed pretty fast. Technician who came was very professional as well!

Our 6 year old LG refrigerator compressor went bad. The compressor was under warranty, and XP Services LLC was one of the recommended by LG. Did a Google search of the recommended vendors and XP Services stood out. Jesus was knowledgeable and had the parts. The fridge works great now, and cost a whole lot less than replacing the whole thing. Would definitely use XP again and recommend them.

XP Services replace the compressor in my 7 yr old refrigerator. Jesus was on time and had it replaced in a couple of hours. The price was fair and he explained their service warranty that came with the work. I highly recommend them for your appliance repair.

Jesús is the uniformed tech that came to check out our LG washer/dryer. He found the simple problem quickly. No attempt to increase the repair or the cost was made. We were charged a very reasonable price. Very happy with this service.

Called XP services for a refrigerator repair… Jesus explained what needed to be done. Informed me what steps he would take. He kept in touch with me after each step of the process. On repair day he texted the eta. Arrived early even though it was a 100 mile trip in the pouring rain. He explained what he was going to do and the time to finish the repairs. Everything was spot on. This young man Jesus gets the job done in a very professional manner. My fridge is running great. I was without it for 3 weeks. I’m very satisfied. Jesus came when he said he would, was friendly and professional, let my husband know exactly what was going on with our dishwasher and repaired it within an hour. is was $160 for the whole ordeal, but compared to $500 it would cost to replace it from Home Depot or Lowes, I would say it was money well spent!

Great experience with this company to repair my refrigerator! Professional service and got my refrigerator fixed in excellent time. Jesus was super helpful in helping me through out the process, was very professional and great customer service. He even followed up with me a week later to check on how my refrigerator was doing. Jesus is very professional. He communicates all issues thoroughly prior to starting the work. When possible, he suggests alternative methods that would be less costly for me. He’s quick to respond to any messages. He has repaired our washer (we were not aware that it was still under warranty). He replaced some parts in our refrigerator and freezer. Also, he recently installed a garbage disposal. I would gladly recommend his services to anyone. Nice, honest guy!

XP was recomended by Lowes. Easy scheduling and freindly staff. Jesus and I set a date and he updated me on his arrival time on both visits. He rapidly fixed both appliances and charged the estimaed price. He advised me on another appliance which should be replaced. He is efficient friendly and knows his business. Jesus fixed my LG refrigerator which had issues, initially I used a different service company close to my home and they had no clue why it was not cooling after replacing the compressor and they stopped responding. Jesus is a true professional, know what he is doing and took care of it. He was in constant touch for a week to make sure its up and running. Thank you XP Services!
