Had the greatest experience with Jesus fixing our new LG fridge! Though the fridge was brand new (not even 2 months old) purchased from Best Buy, it unfortunately stopped working several times leading us to having the fridge repaired on 3 separate occasions by another technician. Jesus was very knowledgeable and got the job done on his first visit. No stars for LG (will never buy another appliance from them) but, 5 stars for Jesus and XP Services for getting it back in working order quickly. If you need a repair, ask for him!

LG and BEST BUY wouldn’t come out and look at a problem we were having with our LG French Door Refrigerator right side door not closing. They made it sound like a problem with it not being level and didn’t want to do anything else. Found XP online and checked out their Reviews. You can’t always go by that, but every one of them were positive enough for me to give them a try.
Jesus came out, found a problem with door - and it wasn’t a leveling issue like the other guys said. He’s got the parts ordered and will schedule him to come back to install them.If you’re undecided on who to have come out and diagnose your problem honestly at a reasonable rate, call XP. I’ve liked what they’ve done so far. See my next Review once the job has been completed.
Ok , Pedro came out to do the repairs.Didn’t take long either. The door now closes as it should. We have an LG washer and dryer, too. Should we ever have any problems with them I know who I’ll call - XP. Thanks to Jesus and Pedro.

Pedro was great. He explained what was wrong with my refrigerator and then once he removed the damaged part he showed me what was wrong and then he completed the repair!

My LG French door refrigerator had been repaired twice before. Six weeks after the last compressor replacement it went out again. I got super lucky with LG support recommending XP Services over the other company that came before . Jesus is an awesome communicator and Pedro is a 5 star technician. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the quick response to my call when my refrigerator stopped working. I called Monday afternoon and Jesus was at my house Wednesday morning. XP Services was an excellent company to use for my range repair. Getting an appointment was easy as they communicated via text. Showed up earlier than they said they would be here. They took extra care of the flooring and range and Jesus went above and beyond. Will definitely use them again for future repairs.

My dryer was overheating and showing error codes. I was able to get a service appointment within 24 hours. Absolutely amazing experience with XP Service. Pedro the technician wasted no time, he was professional, efficient, and communicated the entire time. He repaired my less than “2” year old LG French door dual ice maker Refrigerator. AND he even wiped down the refrigerator, the counters and the floor. He didn’t leave nothing for me to clean or put away!
The price was VERY affordable and cheaper than another service company.

Amazing experience and customer service. Called and they worked around my schedule to come out but could have made the visit even sooner if I was available. Listened to what we were having an issue with and confirmed the likely cause quickly. Figured out that there’s likely a LG repair that would be cheaper than their option and provided the info for me to get it done rather than just take my money.

Contact info saved and will be using them for anything moving forward. Now have someone to recommend when people ask as well!
