Very punctual, and competent technician. We will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs. Our problem was the oven on our LG gas range.

They arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and when it was determined that a part had to be replaced they went out and bought the part and completed the job even though they had to work well into the evening to finish the job.

The technician came and the work was done in less than 15 minutes. He was very professional, courteous and competent. I am highly pleased by his work. There was some confusion in the payment which the company very quickly resolved to beyond my satisfaction and expectations.

Based on the supposed 5 star reviews, I made an appt with this company to clean my dryer vent on a Sunday. I called back and was told they would be here between 11am-1pm and the cost would be $155. At 1:30PM, I called and they said would be here at 3:45pm. At 4:15pm, they called and said would be here by 4:45pm. So, when they finally got here, the technician said would be $300 instead of $155. To me, this is the old bait and switch technique. I told them to leave my house.
