Came and was very nice and polite. Problem was couldn’t fix fridge without replacement part. Understood. Was supposed to call back the next business day with update on part needed and did not call me back. Called twice hoping to get information and haven’t gotten an update.

The service was very good! The repair agent was very professional, discovered the problem, explained it to me, and immediately ordered the part needed. Explained everything to me and indicated he would be returning the next day. He did this and the machine works like it is brand new even though it is approximately 7 years old. It was a wonderful experience especially in this day and age. Very respectful.
