I was looking for a reliable, honest company to fix my leaking LG refrigerator. I searched on Next Door for recommendations and decided to go with RFI services based on more than 700 positive reviews. Hai was able to come the same day and thoroughly explained the issue. Quoted repair’s fee was agreed upon before he proceeded. Hai was courteous, professional, and respectful. I felt he’s trustworthy and charged reasonable price for his work. I highly recommend RFI and will not hesitate to use his services or refer him to my family and friends.

He promised that he would come that day and even though he was almost an hour and a half away when he finished his previous job, and wouldn’t be able to make it till 7:00, he stuck to his word and came. The part he needed was in stock on his truck and had us fixed up in no time. Would highly recommend and will always use him in the future.

I called RFI Services to help out with our Samsung refrigerator’s ice maker. Hai and I spoke and he was able to come out the next day to diagnose the issue. Hai was on time and was familiar with our particular model and the history of Samsung’s known ice maker issues over the years. He said that the condition of our refrigerator appeared to be good and a replacement of the ice maker should fix the issues vs. replacing the refrigerator. He took the time to show us pricing for parts on his tablet and what labor would be needed. He is extremely transparent regarding costs involved and advised we might need some sealant at an extra cost - if needed. This was very appreciated by me. He came back out a two days later (arrived on time) and fixed the ice maker within an hour. No sealant was required and he did not add that to the bill. I can’t say enough good things about Hai. He did everything right. I highly recommend RFI Services and more importantly, Hai. He is what we all hope for when making that dreaded call for a repair to our home. His honesty and integrity are appreciated.

Hai is a true professional. We have a Frigidaire refrigerator, that we keep in the garage. We were so worried that all of our food would go bad. He came out very quickly. He walked us through the process and details before starting. And he was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. Hai, was great. He reached out to me when I first inquired about the repair. (Even though it was on the weekend). He took the time to schedule the repair and explained what wrong with my refrigerator and what was needed and why. He discussed the options to available so that i could make an educated decision.
