Extremely knowledgable! I needed our Viking grill repaired before a party that evening and he came out and was able to get the burners replaced and it working in the same day. He also steered us away from spending extra money on parts that still had some life left in them and that made me respect him even more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I remember this number and a technician came out, paid in advance, to get process n Jenn air parts in hurry, and technician never returned, never answered call, always saying no service in Mexico, had to take care of family, excuse after excuse....learning experience..

Then still with no grill, I'm trying to give another chance, try to call at multiple times during day and wait, Taylor never calls back, and never answers phone; should tell u something fishy and something not right....

Probably wouldn't recommend them, as two different attempts....

I was extremely pleased with Mark and Rebecca. I cannot overstate that each of these adjectives apply to them: professional, proficient, respectful, communicative, on-time, courteous, honest, and efficient. They arrived 20 minutes early; politely introducing themselves; immediately diagnosed the issue; and provided several recommendations for fixing and cleaning my outdoor grill (and of those recommendations, they advocated the most cost-efficient route). They stayed for about 2 hours and knocked out the fixing and cleaning the same morning. It was a breath of fresh air to work with such knowledgeable individuals and so quickly. My first dinner on the revived grill will be toasted to them. Thanks again Affordable Gas Grill Repair! You've got a new loyal customer.

Mark was very detailed and impressive when he visited for diagnose in Dec but never followed up. After multiple follow ups he ensured that he will make it right but never called back. So 4 months spent with no repairs, really disappointing.

Mark has worked with me for several years on my built-in grill. He repaired it several times and extremely reasonable cost, and, in one instance, saved a planned party. He effectively advised me on a new grill and installed it for me quickly and painlessly. He is really great, and I enthusiastically recommend him and his wife. He is my Fixer!

Mark came out to do a deep cleaning of my built in Bull grill and after many hours of work, it looks like new. It was about 6 years since it was cleaned like this so it was quite challenging. Job well done. On a side note, the burners are working MUCH better as well! I really had no idea how bad they were but now they're burning extra hot!

One of the best customer service experiences I've had with a service provider. Does a terrific job, thorough and professional. Mark will take great care of you and your grill! Mark was excellent. I tried a number of other services and no one was able to give me the help with our natural gas grill that Affordable Gas Grill Repair did. The problem was solved in less than an hour and with minimal cost. They gave me some great tips on maintenance as well. Highly recommend for any kind of grill services!

Mark shows up for the initial consultation, has us pay for the consultation AND the follow up visit that he promised to perform the actual repair….and then ghosts us. Call after call goes unanswered, the one time he did pick up, I think he was caught off guard and said, “let me pull over and look at the paper work, I’ll call you right back” which he never did. Not a trustworthy company or person.

I took a chance on Mark at Affordable Gas Grill Repair, and I'm so glad I did. He was on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem with my gas grill (in addition to cleaning it up) as well as an issue with our patio heater. He explained the very reasonable bill thoroughly, and did it all in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for better service. He'll be replacing my gas logs next! Thanks, Mark!!

I would like to recommend Mark w/ affordable gas grill to do repairs but I can't!!!! he was responsive & came out on time to clean and repair my grill during the first visit & he also found the rotisserie starter was not working so I paid him for the part ahead of time and agreed to pay for the install when he completed the work, unfortunately this has been over 7 weeks when he said it would be in 7-10 days for the part and repair to be complete. Mark has not returned my calls and no one has answered the phone.... I'm frustrated that no one has called back and that I'm basically out financially for a part I paid for and now I'm calling a different company to do the same repair and I'll pay for the part again.
5/5/2020 I need to make an update to my previous review....first I want to correct that after Mark dealt with a family emergency he did refund me the amount I gave him for the parts plus he added a few extra dollars to cover some of the cost for the repair from the company I ended up using. Forward to today 5/5/2020 I contacted Mark last week he came out gave me an estimate on cleaning and repair and said it would take about a week to get everything he needs, today he showed up on time with all parts and was able to repair and clean the grill to almost new again.

I can’t tell you how happy I am to to have called mark a second time and have him clean & repair my grill.

Great experience with Affordable Gas Grill today! They came out and did a repair of my built-in grill, replacing 3 nozzles, a number of gaskets, the regulator, as well as giving it a huge makeover cleaning.

The prior owners of the house had let it fall into such disrepair that they had done a charcoal conversion... the Affordable Gas Grill repair duo really brought it back to life!

Thanks guys. We'll see you in 6 to 12 months for continuing maintenance and cleaning!

Mark and his helper were at our house today for our annual grill cleaning and to service a valve that would not do anything but high. 🙄 I always think I should help his small family business by writing a review and never do! Today I’m on it! I have used Mark several times over the years and every time he is on time, beyond fair with pricing and so knowledgeable and honest! If your grill needs some help, he is definitely your guy!
