Highly recommend! Great service. The process was very easy, all online. Very professional and quick.
Service Provided: Needed a medium size tree topped. Received a quote quickly after submitting online and they were able to schedule us quickly. They topped the tree, cleaned up the debris and hauled away the branches. Above and beyond our expectations!

The crew was here this morning (1/31/26) right after 8a and got to work immediately. Nobody was just standing around and on their phones. That's never a good look for a service provider. Omar (the crew leader) is Mr. Customer Service. He addressed all my concerns and made some of the cuts and explained why others I pointed out were not recommended. I was talking to a neighbor during the work and he swears by these folks. They saved a tree of his that was hit hard in the 2021 Snowmeggadon. Great service, great outcome, and a very competitive price. These folks are my new tree service. Have already recommended them to two other folks.

Texas Tree Surgeons responded to my request quickly and provided the best price of the three highly rated tree trimming services. The crew did a great job of pruning my Live Oak and cleaning up afterward. I will use them again.

Very happy! Knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Also very quick response, got a quote by end of the week and the crew was available the next Monday. They were polite and communicated clearly to make sure my requests were met, checked in to make sure how far they limbed up trees in the front was what I wanted while also advising me. They were very careful about not hurting smaller trees and plants under the trees, some of which are fairly expensive maples. Cleaned up everything well when they were done. Tree maintenance is pretty expensive with most crews that don't have deeper knowledge of trees also quoting high prices. The other quote I got appeared to be as such, and expressed lot of concern that I was asking them to be careful not to hurt the maples. And their quote seemed very high. I was pleasantly surprised that Texas Tree Surgeons quote was half that, and Andy seemed knowledgeable about the tree structures and what is / isn't necessary to make sure they meet city code and where limbs may get close to the home. I will certainly be going back to them the next time I need tree work.

We had a wonderful experience with Texas Tree Surgeons. Our neighbor recommended them to us, and he was right. Communication was great. Even with an appointment, they to update us about time of arrival. Kay answered all our concerns when she came to give us the estimate. And the crew was great. They removed some breakable pots from the area which I should have taken care of before. They were efficient and experienced. I never feared for an nearby tree, an arbor, or the roof of my home. They hauled off all the branches and raked the fallen twigs. We would definitley call them again.

I hired Texas Tree Surgeons because I wanted a certified Arborist and not someone who simply called themselves a "Arborist" but only knew how to use a chainsaw to hack off limbs with no regard for tree health.

Will King (Certified Arborist) came out in March 2025 to give me a quote for the work, and due to having live oak trees in front, it was decided to wait until July 2025 to avoid issues with Live Oak Wilt Disease.

Yesterday, the great crew from Texas Tree Surgeons arrived and did a fantastic job of removing overgrowth and did interior thinning to improve the health of the trees as well as allow a bit more sunlight to reach my shaded grass areas.

The crew did an excellent job in cleaning up to include bring a wood chipper to dispose all the cut branches.

Overall I am very happy with the work, and for those considering getting their trees trimmed I highly recommend they consider Texas Tree Surgeons in the future.

Texas Tree Surgeons performed a difficult removal of a large red oak spanning over my and my neighbor's houses without any apparent damage to either property, so kudos to their team for executing well on that.

I also want to thank their crew for lending me some jumper cables as one of my car batteries just happened to fail that morning and it was parked in the vicinity of their work site.

That said, I do have some issues with their service:

1) On the day they were scheduled to come - which I had arranged to be off work to meet and talk with them first - they had to suspend work after only about 30 minutes. The arborist in charge of the job told me it was because they had brought the "wrong equipment" and mentioned something about a scheduling conflict and they would return the following day. They did, with what appeared to be very similar equipment. Not sure why that couldn't have been discerned from when the arborist conducted his initial inspection and prepared the quote.... Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

2) After they ground up the stump, they left 1-2 cubic yards of mulch and debris (in picture), which they then told me would be my responsibility, and then offered to remove it for an additional charge. This expectation was never disclosed to me when they drafted their work order. It is also inconsistent with FAQ #10 on their own website, which states, "At Texas Tree Surgeons, our standard Work Proposals include full cleanup and debris haul-off." (screenshot included) To me, any reasonable person who is paying for tree removal and stump grinding would expect "full cleanup and debris haul-off" to include removal of woodchips and stump grindings.

3) I had four very nice, solid brass landscape lights intalled on the tree. I asked the foreman of the crew if he would remove them so I could save them for use elsewhere. He left me one of the four in a conscpiuous place for me to pick up. He left another directly in my driveway next to a branch, which I ran over in my car and crushed (luckily, it didn't puncture my tire). I have no idea what happened to the other two.

4) The crew left litter at the site, including water bottles and wrappers, and they did not blow or sweep away the dust that had gathered in the street so now it coats all my neighbors' cars as they drive by.

Given the above, I'm not the most popular guy on my block right now, and according to TTS, all of this remaining cleanup is now MY problem. Looking at all of the glowing reviews here, I would be really surprised if this was the grade of work for which TTS wants to be known.

Texas Tree Surgeons is hands down the best tree company in North Texas. They have maintained my trees for more than ten years now. Their staff of certified arborists always knows exactly what to do to keep my trees healthy and beautiful. The crews are thorough with cleanup and leave my front and back yards looking great after every service. Highly recommend this company for any and all tree maintenance needs. Very pleased with latest job. 10/10.

Where do I start? I don't give a 5 star unless you're a 5+++ star!! The scheduler was very friendly and kind. The Arborist Andy was also very kind, and personable. I appreciate the TTS team for coming way down to Southern Dallas Co. to check on my trees. The tree climbers were awesome! They did a wonderful job, and climbed way up inside the tree canopy to get the job done right. My yard was full of limbs. The most telling part for me is how well y'all cleaned up! Not kidding, It look like nothing EVER happened except my trees are looking good! The price is reasonable and definitely worth it. As you can tell, I'm a happy new customer. I highly recommend TTS. Thanks again!

We have used Texas Tree Surgeons several times and are 100% pleased! And not near the cost we expected, to have a CERTIFIED ARBORIST come out at no charge and no obligation, to look at the health of our trees, and set up a plan for which branches need to go for the tree's health, away from roof shingles etc, AND to balance tree (not just for looks, but for ability to hold up in storms so it's not unevenly weighted on one side). The skilled trimmers follow up a few days later with a crew who follows the arborist's plan.

We couldn’t be happier!! Russel came out to see what we needed, he gave suggestions and took pictures. We had an estimate within 24 hours. Their crew did an excellent job. Our 4 large trees look better than I could have imagined, and they left our yard spotless.

I have Texas Tree Surgeons come out every year to trim my trees, and I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed them already. They always do an incredible job, and actually saved the oak in my front yard after the severe freeze we had a few years ago. I’ve always worked with Hannah, and she is so knowledgeable about trees and how to keep them healthy! I’m sure any of the arborists they have on staff are just as amazing though. If you’re looking for someone to take care of the trees on your property, PLEASE don’t just pick some random landscaping company. These guys know what they’re doing and will actually keep your trees healthy, and not do something that could damage or kill them! Love this company!

Fantastic company with great service.
I’ve used them multiple times to trim my trees and they have always been fast, efficient, and do a great job of cleaning up.
This last time, one of the crew accidentally stepped down on an external pipe for my hose.
It broke and water gushed. They worked quickly to shut off the water and replace the broken pipe.
We discovered quite a while later (a lots of water) that the pipe had actually also broken lower down in the ground than what had been released. As soon as I alerted them to the problem, they promptly came out and resolved the issue. They also covered a bit of the larger water bill. I was hesitant to ask for this because it was an uncomfortable ask and I like them so didn’t want to eat into profits. But the owner, Amy was very kind, understanding, and easily agreed.
I would recommend them over and over again. Sometimes it feels hard to find companies with a conscience. The one can be trusted AND they do a great job.

Everything the Texas Tree Surgeons promise on their website, they deliver! I put in a request for an estimate, and Russell was on my property within 3 business days. I asked about only one tree in our yard, but he took the time to look at all of them and gave his honest opinion on what they could do, and what we could get away with not doing. The quote was clear and easy to edit with a new quote. Once it was approved, we scheduled the tree trimming and cabling. From first contact to our service being completed, it only took two weeks, and the trimming and cabling took less than 3 hours, including haul off. I've never seen our trees look so good!

Two of my trees in front needed trimming, and I wanted the mistletoe removed. Once again, the team did a great job. Fast, efficient, safe. I've had them trim my trees before. Always a great job.

Amazing experience! I've been working with the Texas Tree Surgeons since 2020 and they do not disappoint. All the arborist from Lynsey to Sage have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Their staff is also stellar. They came recently to clean up 4 tress in our property and they left the place cleaner than they found it. Highly Recommend!

Had a large majestic ceder elm so infested with mistletoe that we thought it would die. Emily provided a treatment plan that may actually save the tree. Phase one was to remove the mistletoe and prune as necessary. Her team did an awesome job removing the mistletoe and pruning the tree. Now, phase two will take a while in that they are feeding the tree to help the tree's immune system fight off the mistletoe. No guarantee the tree will live, but we believe Emily is giving us the best chance for it to survive. These folks know what they are doing and greatly exceeded our expectations.

My opinion of "Eli" is that he is disrespectful and unprofessional.
