I booked them to clean the carpets in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway. They arrived right on time, explained the whole process, and worked carefully around our furniture. The result wasn’t overly dramatic but the carpets look brighter and smell fresh, which is what we wanted. Will book again for regular upkeep

Simple and professional. First call in and the rep was very helpful and kind. When the cleaner (Mr.Lee truck1) came out, he was at the wrong apartment. Once we connected on the phone he had the patience to take the time and find the unit w/o sounding frustrated. He was personable and helpful. Will def use this company again

Carpet tech was very professional and courteous. I will use them and refer to my neighbors in my community. However, I would like a business card in the future, so I can refer to my neighbors. 😊

The cleaner provided a call ahead notification of his rifle. Arrived on time inspected my project and thoroughly prepped the area prior to doing the job. He took a great pains to ensure all spots were treated and remediated to like new condition.

Julius clearly explained the available treatments and services for cleaning my white dining room chairs that had been used by children and pets for 20 years. He did a great job.

I used We Clean Carpet for a move out deep clean on our 5 bed rental. The booking process was seamless and communication was awesome. The day of the Clean, Cody arrived early to the appointment and he did a phenomenal job on cleaning the carpets. He was extremely knowledgeable and he even got stains out that were there from the previous tenants and the house smelled amazing. We have pets and you could not even tell. So if you are looking for affordable carpet cleaning. These are the people you should go through.

I had the pleasure of Lee to clean my carpets today. He did such an amazing job. I've never had anyone in my life clean my carpets this amazing. It was so easy to get an appointment when I called the company. He came out and was so professional. Trust me if you want your carpet clean call and ask for Lee in truck 1. I owned several corporations and trust me if there was anyway, I could hire him for my companies. I wouldn’t a heartbeat, but unfortunately, he loves what he does and he loves the company he’s with and that’s good for me cause I couldn’t find anybody better.

We’ve used this company 4 times now (2 at our old house and 2 at our current), and have been satisfied every time. We’ve had at least 2 (maybe 3) different techs, all of which were really kind and professional. Julius was our tech today. He stayed a couple extra minutes after he finished up to give our dog some love. This company has always done good work for us. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely continue to use them in the future.

They advertise service for 69. When they get there it is all about the upsale. I said forget it and then the tech says well there is a 69.00 cancel fee. The technician did not tell me I could get a second room at no extra charge until it was over. Before he came I asked if it would be problem with having kids in the house visiting and was told no it dries fast and once he is done I am told it will take 24 hours and going from the carpet to the tile is like
Ice. Felt very predatory and dishonest. I would definitely not recommend them.

Literally the worst company ever. Please don’t hire them. First of all the technician arrived to our house smelling like smoke, mind you- we were getting our carpet in preparation of a baby, we are a smoke free house and the last thing we want is smoke smell in our house. I wanted to cancel service because of that alone but the service manager convinced us to keep services and gave us a discount. They use your kitchen sink for water for their machine and they left a mess in my kitchen left water all over the floor didn’t mind cleaning up. Well 3 hours later and I really had to leave to another appointment. Upon leaving I noticed my couch was not cleaned, maybe wet a little bit to look like it was cleaned.
I am unsure what I paid for. Once I had paid my bill the service manager did not seem to care, had a sarcastic and nasty attitude and hung up on me. I mentioned being concerned by the amount of negative reviews and he said those were not real customers. After reading them, they are real customers and this company is ran by a pathological liar.
If you want proof I used this company and am a real customer to attest of their bad work, don’t hesitate to reach out.
I feel like I literally placed my hard earned money down the drain.
You may have gotten paid for this service, but mark my words- you’ll never see another dollar from me again. I’ve used them before and will ensure not to use them again and ensure no one I know uses them.

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had! The guy was personable & super hard working. I definitely recommend this place.
