Today was the 2nd time I have used this company. First time they clean my upholstery. Second time my white carpet. He did an amazing job both times. I do recommend this company.

Lee did an excellent job cleaning and spot-treating our carpets for pet stains. He was professional, courteous, and arrived right on time. The carpets look and smell great - you’d never know we had pets! Highly recommend his services.

George provided excellent customer service. He was on time and explained the process before starting the work. He answered all of my questions clearly and gave me recommendations. I will be using their services for other parts of the house in the future.

My carpets looks amazing, was done fast and efficient, the gentleman was very professional and nice.. I am ratings a four start due to the price, my estimate was 109 plus tax, so I was thinking around 200 for everything.. They told me it would be 499 when they got here, they said it was for solution and other stuff..

Beware of We Clean Carpet. Their $20-per-room ad is flat-out deceitful. Once they arrive, the price magically changes and the “steam clean” they provide might as well be plain water. My carpets looked exactly the same, and even the technician admitted the service was like “taking a shower with no soap.” So basically useless.

The technician was completely unprofessional — taking personal calls at my dining room table and wandering into my bedroom while I was talking to my husband. Who does that?

When I called the office to complain, they brushed me off and told me to deal with the technician myself. Zero accountability and horrible customer service.

Don’t fall for the fake $20-per-room ad. This company is a waste of time and money.

The representative that came out was nice, but I wasn't impressed and wouldn't use them again. The upselling was unexpected, weird and confusing when I had already requested what I wanted via telephone with the call center prior to the reps arrival. Seemed a bit duplicitous, as if I needed the additional services when I didn't. Also, the cleaning wasn't very good especially for what I paid.

I am so glad I found We Clean Carpet online. Our carpet technician was George and he did a fantastic job! He was a hard worker, honoring, and kind! The house he cleaned for us was a short term rental and the last guests had not honored our property. The horrific tenants smoked a variety of substances in the house and after 4 days of me using an ozone machine the smell was still present in the carpet and furniture so I chose to utilize the odor removal service that We Clean Carpet offers. The stench was eliminated by 95% and the berber carpet that is 30+ years old looked brand new! George was super productive and accomplished it all in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and when we need our carpets cleaned again, I will be calling on this company.

Satisfied with service and professionalism of service provider. My carpet looks good he arrived on time, was courteous, and worked quickly. However, I feel the advertisement and what you’re booked for is deceptive. The price that’s quoted is less than half of what I paid, unclear on what’s included in the price that’s advertised, but it isn’t a cleaning that would be useful to anyone actually looking to have carpet cleaned.

Felt like the rug was pulled from under me as it relates to the price, no pun intended.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They came out last Wednesday and left my home in worse condition than before. Water was left all over my floors, and my rug and cabinets were covered in dirt. My rug is now stained. I immediately reached out to the company, and they assured me they would follow up as soon as possible—but I never heard back. The lack of professionalism and poor service make it impossible for me to recommend them. I would avoid.

Last note, the tech was over an hour late for the scheduled appointment.

He took his time, explained the process, and made sure I was happy before leaving. I really appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service — highly recommend!

The two guys did an amazing job on my apartment. I had terrible pet stains due to a new puppy and they got rid of the smell entirely. Very reasonable prices with very detailed oriented workers. Great customer service. Will definitely use again!

Paid $200 for them to ruin my carpet. What was supposed to be a $79 basic service transformed into the cleaner mixing chemicals on my carpet that turned it colors, and up charging me for it. I called the back to complain, they blamed it on me even though I literally just had pictures taken to list my home for sale. This place is a scam. Service is not performed by professionals. Do not use.

We got outstanding service from Lee and We Clean Carpet. We had the spray hose of our bidet burst under full pressure in a centrally located bathroom, which flooded the hallway and water soaked into 3 bedrooms, all carpeted!😒 We shop-vac'd as much water as we could, but it didn't take long for that funky, wet carpet and padding smell to set in. Lee did a really great job of treating and cleaning our carpets and they have honestly never looked better! Thank you Lee for all your hard work. We will always come back to and recommend We Clean Carpets!

Alot of my carpet was not wet in my living room. When he arrived it was great but it ending up him telling me this was going to be almost over 250 dallors. I felt like he really didn't feel my clean. I also needed a rug clean and he said y'all listen and recommend me to hang my rug and power wash it. My dining room is excellent! My living room was not even wet. Spots in the hallway and my husband manage was not pitiful. He was on his phone the whole time.

The technician Jorge was really knowledgeable and told me the best solutions I needed for my cleaning. Two thumbs up

Wonderful called first thing this morning, our carpet cleaner was here by 11. He took time to inspect each area that he was cleaning educate us on what needed to be done and then got to a quick fast efficient and it looks amazing. We will definitely be using them again thank you so much.

Mr. Lee did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the entire process. He was patient, professional, and very thorough taking his time to ensure every area was spotless. My carpet looks and feels brand new! I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Julius came and did a deep clean of my MIL's carpet. She has an older dog and now the carpet smells so clean! He did a great job and we are very grateful for the job he did and the information he provided for aftercare. It looks brand new!!! 5 stars!!!
