Jordan is the best. I trusted him in my home. I even went outside for about an hour. He gave great suggestions without being to "upsalesish." He identified pet stains and got them up. He even got up an old stain that I thought was hopeless

I used this company to clean my hardwood white tile floors. I had a ton of buildup from years of not being able to clean it properly. I used another company years ago and they did a poor job of removing hardly anything so I assumed my floors were a lost cause and there was no point trying again. I gave this company a chance and they made my floors look superb! They were shining bright white again, and even the grout lines between the tiles were cleaned 100%, not just a solid job but it really looked like I bought new tiles. I will be using them yearly based on the results, and the spring cleaning offer they provide was a great value. Highly recommend them for hard to clean tile floors of all kinds.

Car had rain water soaked carpet from window left down.
Called the company on Sunday and was promptly greeted and appointment set for Monday am.
Andrew was my tech and he was a life saver.
He diagnosed the damage and a plan to extract the water logged carpet.

He used their powerful machine with a clear suction head that showed massive water being extracted!

It worked so efficiently that it was barely damp upon completion.
He recommended we use a fan to air dry the carpet to fully dry and inhibit mold.

This family owned business is performance driven and I highly recommend their operation.

Best upholstery cleaners I’ve ever used! Super thorough, patient with all my questions, and every stain is gone. That’s saying something—our couches survived a lab, a beagle, a cat who likes to barf, and a very spill-happy toddler. Eight-year-old sofas now look practically brand new. This is the second time I used this company to clean a custom carpet runner for me. The first time, I was very happy. This time has been nothing but a nightmare.
I had it picked up just after Thanksgiving and was promised by the manager, Barbara that I would have it back by Christmas. I did not receive it before Christmas.
It was delivered after Christmas and the tech who delivered it saw that it was broken in several places, he took pictures and called his "boss" who told him to bring it back and they would repair at no charge to me. He said I should have it back the following week. I did not have it back the following week and it was scheduled to be delivered the following week.
The tech who delivered it also noted the rug was "broken" in several places and again took it back. Weeks again went by and Barbara called and said she has another tech look at it who said there is nothing wrong with it and it just needed to be raked and vacuumed "a couple of times".
Several days and several vacuuming episodes later, I emailed the owner and told him what I am writing here. He did not respond! I again emailed him this last Monday with the pictures attached here requesting that he please get back to me to try to make this right. He has still not responded to either email.
They charged me $269 to ruin my carpet and refuse to fix it which they are capable of doing.
I will never use this company again!!!

TJ is the absolute best! After years of wear and tear and impossible dog stains, TJ made my carpet look and smell like new! My favorite company to work with by far!
