My den carpet was a mess! It looks so much better now! The technicians are very polite, helpful and professional. I have used Cornerstone for decades and don’t know why anyone would use another company.

Chem Dry did a fabulous job of cleaning our ducts. Trenton was professional and polite and I really liked seeing the before and after photos of the duct service.

Poor, they were to clean my tile and grout in my kitchen and breakfast area. They sprayed on the cleaner and scrubbed the grout with the brushes. Their equipment wasn’t working so the brought in big pads and dryers the floor. I now have a soap film on the tile and the grout is white from dried soap.

The service tech TJ took the time to go over the service options and did an amazing job on our carpets. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Chem Dry.

This is my second time using Cornerstone Chem-Dry and my Master Technician was TJ Wormly. He did a wonderful job getting the coffee stain out of my carpet and cleaning up some other rooms. Exceptional work ethic!

I reached out to Cornerstone Chem-Dry needing cleaned a chair and a half with Ottoman that had been sitting in storage for almost 3 years. You would not even be able to tell as this thing now looks, feels, and smells brand new. The technicians TJ and Kameron were friendly and professional, I would definitely use them again and recommend to anybody else for cleaning needs, residential or commercial.

I’m very disappointed in the service that we received from this company and the lady who was on the phone did not make this bad experience any better. First of all, we got a quote for 3 rooms, hallway , staircase and dryer vent. They came to our house, did not have the equipment for cleaning the vents and said they’d be back the following day at no additional charge. Long story short, only 2 rooms out of the 3 were done, the guy apparently did a ‘3rd room’ which was the wrong one. We ended up paying more money for the dryer vents, and our total amount was more than what we were quoted. The lady offered to come and do the correct 3rd room but I didn’t feel comfortable because the pricing was not consistent and I no longer have confidence in their service. I’ll never use this company again. The lady was quite rude at the end. Don’t treat customers badly and take their hard earned money and be rude about it.

Great experience from the start! Filled in the online request form on a Sunday and had a call back quickly. Jordan was our tech. He was courteous, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of...we will for sure use Cornerstone Chen-Dry again!

I always like Chem dry product. I feel my carpets are cleaner and dry faster once done. Tried other methods and ended up with a wet carpet for a day. Wet carpet on stairs is dangerous due to slip and fall hazard it creates. Also, under barefeet you can feel the clean carpet. Truck mount units are best since they have the power to get deep down clean. Technician was friendly and diligent in his work and seemed to enjoy his work and getting the job done right. Also, if you want to maintain a new carpet warranty you need to document regular professional cleanings. Had two rooms, long hallway, 22 steps and landing, and 8 dining chair seats done. I do feel it was a bit pricey at $438 for 90 minutes of work.

Easy to schedule an appointment that fit my work schedule; they were prompt. My technician Kendrick did a great job. I highly recommend and will use them again for future needs

Trent came out and stretched/tucked our carpet in our hallway and put in a seam. He was very efficient and did a great job. Lakendrick came out also and cleaned our carpets for us. He did an excellent job and our carpets look great.

Cornerstone Chem-Dry: A Carpet Cleaning Catastrophe

If there were a lower rating than one star, I'd give it to Cornerstone Chem-Dry. Their service was a complete and utter nightmare. I entrusted them with my rug in May 2024, expecting a professional cleaning. Instead, I was subjected to a 4 ½-month long ordeal of incompetence and frustration. After multiple failed delivery attempts due to rug still being stained and having new pink stains and countless delays, I finally received my rug back on October 15, 2024. Unfortunately, the rug's original off-white color had been replaced with an unsightly yellow tint.

Cornerstone Chem-Dry's customer service was appalling. Their excuses were flimsy, and their work was shoddy. Despite paying $403.77 before getting the rug back, I am left with a yellowish fur type rug. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Don't be fooled, this company is a scam. Their customer service is terrible, and their cleaning results are even worse. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Thank you for your detailed response. I appreciate you acknowledging my feedback and the efforts your team made to clean the rug. While I agree that there were two specific stains—a soda stain and a pet stain—I want to emphasize that the overall discoloration of the rug seems excessive, especially considering the nature and location of these stains.

While I understand that pet stains can be challenging to remove completely, the significant color change across the entire rug, especially in areas that weren't directly stained, raises questions about the cleaning process. Additionally, the nearly 4.5-month turnaround time for the rug is unacceptable. I believe that a more thorough and careful cleaning approach, coupled with a more efficient turnaround time, could have resulted in a much better outcome. I hope you'll consider this feedback as an opportunity for improvement in future services.
