I’m appalled by an email I received them today. They used profanity concerning dog manure in our yard. We’ve been using this company for years and never once have they said anything to us. They are extremely unprofessional and their work is poor.

I have been a customer of pool Chlor for years. They are punctual with their weekly service.

Don't use them they are too busy ! We started using them this summer . Everything was great . Cleaned filter , had weekly cleaning and chemical service . All good . Had to suspend service to have pool remodeled for 3 weeks . Called today to have them resume my weekly service on Mondays 8/15/2016 and they said they were too busy. Wow ! No manager called to apologize . Just the receptionist leaving a voice mail saying maybe in the next 4 weeks . No problem . There are a lot of other people that understand good service means more money for the owner. I guess he doesn't need it now ! Oh wait I see they just charged my credit card 178.61$ on 08/08/16 for services this month , never to be performed because they were so busy !

SO DISAPPOINTED. I never write reviews but I feel like I just waisted a couple hundred dollars to a company that to me knows nothing about pools. First time pool owner, i had them come up and put chemicals in my pool ( We just had it replastered and needed new chemical pour or whatever they call it) We spent more because of that and I clearly told her I know nothing about my pool other then we need chemicals done. ( BIG mistake)
They came recommended from a client of mine so i trusted they would do what they are suppose to. After 3 days it turned green and we couldn't figure out why. Come to find out ( from a different company) we have a salt water pool! We had no idea and this company didn't even bother checking! They could have cost us so much money by ruining our pump.

I called to give them feedback and the lady just tells me thank you for letting her know. I Gave her an opportunity to do the right thing and give me my money back but nope, nothing.

CALL someone else y'all and do your research.

LESSON LEARNED, I will make sure to tell my clients TO STAY AWAY!

Pool Chlor always does a fantastic job cleaning my people. They are honest and always treat me fairly. Their prices are very reasonable. Their employees are nice and available to help. I highly recommend Pool Chlor.

Pool Chlor has done a super job for us. Their techs are friendly and do a nice job getting the pool clean. When we needed extra cleaning help before a party, they made a special trip back to the house to give us an extra cleaning. They are also quick to let us know if something needs to be fixed and always offer to take care of it for us.
