They have had my pool looking great for over 4 years now and are one of the few companies I found that offers chemical care without cleaning. However, they have spilled chemical on and stained my driveway numerous times now. I have called them to stop parking in my driveway and they continue to do it. They did it again today. Despite staining my driveway and having to come pressure wash it several times, they have not even offered anything like a discount or free month for the inconvenience. I stay with them because my pool has always been crystal clear.

Absolutely top notch customer service and very fair pricing. They have a great 'pool school' and walk you through any service they provide in addition to the maintenance they may need to perform. As first time home owners, they've made having a pool very easy!

I do not provide recommendations easily. My brother was using Pool Chlor when I had my pool built. When he told me how much it cost, there was no question in my mind that I would be trying them out. Our pool and spa was built in 2004 and Pool Chlor with the exception of the company who built the pool are the only ones who have ever worked on the chemicals. To this date we have never had algae anywhere in the pool. The water is always crystal clear. Several years ago again because of my brother I started using them to clean the pool twice a month. I have also used them to install equipment I purchased over the internet, they are reasonably priced and I have never worried it would be done correctly. This company is one in a million, if you use them you will feel the same. I have recommended them to a number of people and they have all been pleased.

So disappointed. I had been using Pool Chlor for months about it. This summer we had green algae. I called and told them about the problem. I also talked to one of the techs that adds the chemicals to my pool. no change. I kept sweeping the sides. Finally I went to Leslie's Pools spent $100 to treat the great algae. It took care of the problem immediately. The following day it was algae free. Interesting that my pool chemical company could not figure out how to remove the algae not to mention I should have not developed algae if they had been doing a better job. I fired Pool Chlor and changed companies. My pool has never looked better. In my previously home I had a pool for 30 years and never had any algae.

We have had our pool for 10 years and I always had someone else do all the cleaning/chemicals on it. I recently retired and decided to start learning more about the upkeep on our pool. The owner and techs at Pool Chlor are awesome, they take time to answer my questions and have shown me how to vacuum the pool and backwash it. They take care of the chemicals every week and and I take care of cleaning the skimmers, cleaner bag, brushing the sides and vacuuming. It saves us money and I love working with the Pool Chlor team.

I use them for our weekly pool treatment. They never have missed. Very consistent. Recently had my pump replaced with an updated model. The repairman (Joseph) was excellent. Very pleased with how quickly I got a new pump installed.

I have been a customer for so long, I remember their use of chlorine gas back in the day. Their service & advise has always been 1st rate, while the flexibility of management leaves no question they are to be trusted!

... when we have any pool issue they are quick to respond, and since the pool is at a rental house, I do appreciate the photos of the pool they send after every cleaning.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company with untrained techs providing poor service, egregious uncharges on simple parts, and managers who refuse to take responsibility for their employees actions.

Our tech left our pool heater on, more than once. We just got a $1500 bill from Atmos Energy because we weren't home at the time and the heater ran for days. Pool Chlor refuses to take responsibility.

This tech also repeatedly left our gate open allowing our dogs to run away, marked the pool as clean when it clearly hadn't been, and broke a piece off our timer without a word and left it on the ground.

We’ve been using pool chlor for 3 years and they have always been very reliable. They keep the pool clean every week and they’re very quick to respond or send someone to check the pool if I have any questions.

These guys are the best!!! They leave my pool in excellent shape each week! And if I ever have any problems they will come out and help immediately!! I highly recommend them!

We’ve been using this pool service since 1991. I have no complaints about their service, but the price has gone from $25 per month to over $100, which feels a bit overpriced.

I have been using Pool Chlor for almost 15 years. Although their maintenance services are pricey in my opinion, Ben Pierce is absolutely best in the business. I also recently did a major repair / upgrade of the pool equipment and Joe was able to offer lower price compared to competitors.

Pool Chlor is an outstanding company! They provide excellent and reliable service. If I have ever an issue (like the dreaded winter freeze) they respond immediately! Our pool is always in tip top shape!

We recently had some issues and they came out immediately and did some trouble shooting and figured out what was wrong and took the time to discuss options on what to do. Always regular and thorough in the cleaning and inspection of all our equipment.

My Pool Chlor maintenance experience was exceptional. The technician analyzed the issue and explained in detail what was the problem, in a way I could understand. He then explained options and pros/cons of each. He arrived on time with the parts needed for the fix. After he completed the work explained the operation of the new valve.
