Extremely pleased with the service from Pool Chlor. I have been using Pool Chlor for years and have always been happy with their service. Recently I had an amazing experience with them and felt that I had to share it with a Google review. The technician who came for the weekly chemical service noticed some DE on the pool floor (which I had seen and thought nothing about). He identified a problem with my filter. Fixed it and came back the next day to make sure it solved the problem. He then identified a secondary issue that had been the reason that I had frequent green algae problems. He fixed that too and all is now perfect. I didn't even know there was a problem (never mind that there were two problems!). Pool Chlor saw the issue, proactively resolved it and now my pool is sparkling clean and algae free. Highly recommend them.

Pool Chlor is a wonderful company!! All the technicians are always very friendly and professional and have serviced our pool well over the years. (and our pool has lots of problems!!) They are good at troubleshooting and solving problems. Highly recommend Pool Chlor!!

Pool Chlor has serviced and cleaned my pool since it was built 21 years ago. I have friends that have pools and I constantly hear complaints about how expensive their pool is and they regularly have problems with algae. The cost of using Pool Chlor is reasonable and consistent. You don’t have to store extra chemicals or worry about chlorine exposure. They show up when they are scheduled. I have also used them for equipment repairs over the years and have been pleased with the service. I know if I ever have a question or issue I can count on them as a resource.

Joseph from Pool Chlor was able to replace my pump and heater manifold and did it very efficiently. He has always been very professional and I value the work he does and the advice he gives. Pool Chlor has done great work for us over the years

Pool Chlor is probably my favorite service provider. I am happy every time I look at my pool and see how clear the water is. Unlike some companies, the techs always test the water before adding chemicals, and in the summer they add a floater basket to ensure the chlorine strength remains. They are friendly and on time, and I don't recall ever having a problem. I'm totally pleased with their service.

Pool Chlor has the very best customer service!!! We were impressed with everyone from the time we called and set the appointment through completion of the work. Joseph recently installed our new pool pump and also repaired our booster pump. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Very impressed with his service! Ben was also very helpful with answering a couple of our pool concerns. Everyone at Pool Chlor goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and the pool equipment is running smoothly. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend!!!

A fellow HOA resident recommended Pool Chlor, and I was in the market for a new motor and a new weekly cleaning company. I called them and Jeremy came out the NEXT day to review my pool and equipment. Got a quote within a day and, Jeremy came back with Ben (Ops Mgr.) and the review was even more comprehensive!! Ultimately, Joe came out the next week and installed a Pentair motor/pump that met the needs of my pool perfectly. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and proficient at what he does, and he was unbothered by all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions!). He never hesitated to answer and give me the logic behind what he was doing, and how the pump interacted with the salt cell system and cleaner. Just great! Joe came out again today to review things in a bit more detail, and he ran through the Pentair Pool app on my phone. He explained things so well, and in details that made it understandable to me. Thank you Joe!!

I highly recommend Pool Chlor!! Joseph came out and replaced my pool pump with a very technologically advanced pump that will save on electricity while doing a better job - I can control my pool pump with an app on my phone!! Joseph and Pool Chlor were easy to work with and they worked quickly and efficiently. Joseph even sorted out some wiring issues I had by my pool equipment. The price for all of the work done was transparent and fair. I will always use Pool Chlor for all of my swimming pool needs.
