We’ve been with Berrett Pest Control for years. Trey did our service today and was very friendly and thorough. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was taken care of. I also really enjoyed his happy, pleasant conversation — it made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Trey and Berrett Pest Control.

We’ve been using Berrett pest control service on a regular basis, and the results have been consistently excellent. The technicians are always professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain what they’re doing during each visit. Since starting the service, we’ve seen improvements and rarely have any pest issues at all. Scheduling is easy, communication is great, and they’re always responsive if we have questions or need an extra visit. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for dependable, long-term pest control.

I was hesitant to proceed with this company but when William called he changed my perspective. He was extremely kind over the phone and in person. Lulu was pleasant to be around. She was easy to talk to (great personality) and seriously listened to our needs concerning our rodent problem. She (bravely!!!) went up in the attic and showed us the photos of what is going on with the rats. She explained what would need to be done and assured us that Barrett will take care of the problem. Her drawing of the house explaining where the entry points are was thorough and helpful. Lulu just got your company a new client! If there had been more stars, I would have given her more. We are ready to get this done!

Per their information left they knocked down spider webs and put out poison to take care of ants. I just had to go behind the bushes in my front yard to put out ant poison and I still see spider webs. I think 2 stars is generous.

Their technician was prompt and super friendly and drove all the way out to the country where I live to look at a situation that they knew they probably couldn't take care of. Even though Berrett couldn't solve my problem, they were super helpful with advice and told me who I needed to contact, all for no charge. Very professional.

I have had the absolute best service every time with Barrett! Jim is one of my favorite techs, and Conner was amazing and setting up my service! I can’t wait to continue to use them!

Did not call 30 min. before as stated. He called once he arrived to say he was at the house. Did not get rid of all nests, despite being told where they were. Left sprayed, knocked down hives on my front walkway and on the back patio, knowing we have a dog who goes out there. Also spotted an additional next today that was not treated and is alive and well.
I have had to call and complain to request they send someone back out, but apparently this company only has ONE TECH for the whole area. The ONLY upside was that the tech was polite. I am not please at all.

Danielle took the time to explain the general pest control process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how to keep my home protected moving forward.

Amazing customer service and phone etiquette. Letha was great to help. They had someone to our property within 45 minutes of the original call.

Berrett Pest Control always does impeccable work. Since starting their services my home no longer has issues with hornet and wasp nests, ant mounds in the front or back yard, and spiders are no longer outside or finding their way into the home. I would highly recommend their services. The price for the amount of work they do is well worth it. It doesn’t break the bank and keeps my house big and insect free.

We’ve been using Berrett Pest Control for several years now, and they’ve always been great to work with. Recently we had an ant issue pop up, and Lasonya went out of her way to get us on the schedule quickly. Our area seems to be especially tricky with ants, so the fact that they’re always willing to come back out for repeat treatments with no hassle is a huge relief.

Their techs are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Service has been consistent year after year. Highly recommend!
