I was pulling up to the house and was able to catch William as he was leaving. Great speaking with him and he took care of our home for us. We really appreciated him, very nice guy!

Adam has preformed our service several times now and he is always wonderful! Professional, great customer service. He calls to let us know he is close by and always ask us if we need anything else. Definitely happy with Adam and everyone at Berrett Pest Control !

Customer service was amazing. Super thankful they came out same day. And will be doing follow up treatments and offer unlimited calls to treat specific areas included in monthly payments.

William is very professional, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. He has been to my rental properties multiple times and the experience is always of the same quality. He also takes the time to educate me about the behavior of the pests he’s treating as he goes through the treatment. I hope he is always the technician when I have a pest issue.

Austin was very punctual and arrived at the time he advised he I would be here. He immediately went out and did his inspection. He sat down and gave us a ballpark estimate at what the cost would be. He also told us he would provide a written estimate and email it to us. Further, he politely answered all of our questions.

Sol did a complete pest control service professionally and efficiently. He inquired if I had any specifics issues I wanted addressed and proceeded to explain how he’d take care of them. I was very satisfied with the service he provided. I thought the cost was high, but so is everything today.

First interaction was with Lucy on the phone. She first provided me with a suggested solution, then went on to detail the services available. Lucy was professional, helpful and very pleasant to speak to. She relayed everything that was going to happen. The only breakdown was that I didn't get the 30 minute call saying I'm on my way, but that was no problem for me because I was expecting him at anytime.
William, my technition was pleasant, courteous and helpful with explanations and suggestions. He was efficient and quick.
I'd certainly have this company again, and hopefully get William as my service professional.

William was the tech that came out to my home. He called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived ahead of schedule. He was very thorough and the service he provided was exceptional. He even put shoe covers on before he entered my home. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

We schedule our service via Letha and I wish every over the phone experience was so pleasant. She’s friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Not sure if she is technically in sales, but this was the least pushy conversation I had all day so I booked with the Berrett while on the line - not my usual move as I typically review my options and think on it. Maurice was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything he was going to do and spent time with me making sure I understood. We even caught a roof rat in one of the traps he set out before he left 😂😂. Of course he took it away right away. He was very kind, and professional. I was looking for someone new and SO HAPPY I chose Berrett Home services. 😊😊

Dylan helped set me up with the service and was very helpful in answering all my questions and working with me on my busy schedule. He made it very easy for me to get things set up. Jamie, the tech, came and was very thorough and poilie and walked me through what he would be doing for our first service. Excellent serivce! Our technician was William. As soon as we opened the door, he greeted my husband and I with a handshake and explained in detail what he was going to do. I was impressed! This is my first experience with Berrett Pest Control and so far so good!

Kyle and Berrett Pest Control did an excellent job taking care of our ant problem. They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Kyle explained the treatment clearly, and Berrett made sure everything was done thoroughly. We noticed results quickly, and the ants haven’t come back. Great service and fair pricing—I highly recommend them.

I had another review previously and I just deleted because wow, Berrett really stepped up after my initial service did not go as smooth. Keith, the service manager, called me and apologized for the original techs work. He sent Marcos out to redo everything and man I’m floored with the level of customer service I received.

He was awesome. Very approachable and knowledgeable in his field. He did a fantastic job and even helped identify that I have a skunk problem at my home and helped coordinate to have this problem resolved.

My fist impression of Berrett has been completely revamped and I’m happy I chose them. It goes a long way when a company goes the extra mile to fix an issue. It shows how committed they are to show why they are the best in the business in this area. Thank you again Keith and Marcos!

I can’t say enough great things about Michael from Barrette Pest Control! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was going to treat, both inside and outside my home, which immediately put me at ease.

Michael was extremely detailed in walking me through the entire process, answered all of my questions without ever rushing me, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. He also went above and beyond by clearing all of the webs around my home, which I truly appreciated.

Since rain was expected later that day, Michael even applied a special perimeter treatment designed to remain effective despite the weather. That extra level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out to me and shows how knowledgeable and dedicated he is to doing the job right.

He was so sweet, professional, and genuinely cared about providing top-notch service. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for an exceptional technician. I’m beyond happy that I switched to Barrette Pest Control — so far, the service has been absolutely amazing!
