Great customer service! Jason is friendly and helped me with my ac motor. They had the parts for my ac unit same day.

My boyfriend, Eddie F., HVAC unit went kaput last week; therefore, he had to call several companies to determine who could install a new A/C unit in an efficient, professional, and cost-effective manner. The owners of Brother's Air Supply recommended the Maintenance Team, LLC to install his unit. The recommendation turned out to be a wonderful recommendation and the Maintenance Team did an outstanding job!

Brother’s Air supply is the Best Ac supply in the area, they are very friendly and helpful to help me to find all my ac supplies need.
The best thing is they closed later than any other supply house in the area, other places closed at 4:30-5:00 Pm.
Brother supply still opens till 6:00 PM,
And opens in the weekends SAT and SUNDAY till the afternoon! Thank you 🙏 David and Jason you guys are the best!

I just want to put this out there for everyone to see. I went to the Brother's Air Supply to buy a capacitor to fix my AC today 4/30/2024 and was impressed with the service provided by David. He wrote his number down on a business card after helping me selecting the right part for my AC and offer to help me through face time if I needed his help to fix my AC. This is what I call a first-class service from a supply store. I got my AC fixed. I highly recommend Brother's Air Supply to everyone if you were visiting the store for parts or services 1000%. 1010 Profit Drive, Garland TX 75040.

I went into Brothers Air Supply this morning and was incredibly happy with the quick and thorough assistance I received right when I walked in the door. I'm not a contractor with a business account, I'm a regular guy who needed a capacitor; it made no different to the staff here. I highly recommend using these guys if you're in need of parts or professional advice.

Great place for HVAC materials, supplies, and tools. Good pricing on Fieldpiece, Klein, Malco, Veto bags, and yellow jacket tools and equipment. I buy all my materials like capacitors, fan motors, and refrigerant.

Jason was a great help, our central AC fan stopped late in the afternoon and he made sure to stay open a little later for me after I called to check on the parts.

I tried a new capacitor and blower motor first, Jason advised to check the control board in case the new motor doesn't work. Sure enough even with the new motor, I still needed a new control board, confirmed with a multimeter that the 120V relay was bad.

I call back in first in the morning, and Jason's already working on finding me a replacement board, worked this time! I'm in and out, and my AC's back up and running before noon.

Our AC went out and I called this company. And man they came out to my house the same day. I thought I had to replace my AC and when all said and done. He fixed it and saved me a tone of money. And also these are were professionals, and very kind people.i will be using this company for now on. Thanks Brother's Air Supply

High quality work and good people. Worked well with me on special requests. Only area below excellent was communication. I shared a work lamp with the crew, and could not find it after they left. Asked for it back and got no answer, then found it 2 days later in a bathroom where they had strangely left it. Also had trouble scheduling the duct cleaning. Thought it was scheduled, then nobody showed up. Tried to call about it, but the scheduling process was difficult. Working with Wells Fargo on the financing was also somewhat of a pain due to poor communications on that.

I will definitely be using these guys for maintenance I value their expertise and honesty.

Thanks for setting service up for today. Unfortunately the 10a-1p time frame became 2p-4p, then 2p-5p. But did get it done so yay!
