They finished cleaning, sanitizing, and treating my air ducts that had a bad case of mold and mildew inside. They had to replace parts of my unit it was so bad, and they did excellent work. Based on the condition of things, the ducts have never been cleaned or treated or replaced since the house was built in 1994. Jeremy was very honest, knowledgeable, and I felt like he was reliable in his assessment of the problem. The financial estimate was affordable and appropriate based on all the work that was needed. I observed everything they did, and it was worth every penny. They went above and beyond by replacing the filter and even writing the date on there for when I need to change it again. The inside a/c unit had pipes and things that they were able to reposition, and it looks so much better now and so much easier to access in the area the way they corrected everything. I can definitely tell they know what they are doing and I’m very thankful we used them. Words cannot express how much I recommend Jeremy and Affordable Air. Thank you for the coupon mailer they sent out because that is how I found out about this company.

Nico and Austin we’re on top of it. My dream pipe separated because of a clog waterline. They Blew the bad line clean, and also blew out the other line to the other Air Conditionerjust to make sure it wasn’t plugged either. Awesome job

I replaced two ac units that were 20 years old. I used a coupon to get a good price for both. The crew was on time and installed both ac units and corrected some bad wiring that was done by previous contractor, and cleaned up the area. I was walked through explaining everything that was done in fairly good detail and informed that a salvage company would pick up the old units the next business day. The salvage company picked up the old units as scheduled. I am enjoying the cool air and quieter units. I’m looking forward to lower electric bills.

The tech came back to complete the leaking and all is complete and working properly.

The rain was to much the Tech is having to come back to fix issue. I was told that they would reschedule and no one has contacted me to fix the leak of the cooling system.

We had a new AC unit installed. The men were very efficient, did the job well and we are very happy with how it all turned out. The price was good (we used one of their coupons), I would recommend this company. We also had the ducts cleaned the next day. Wally did a thorough job and cleaned everything up.

Willing to answer questions and very thorough when recommending different options to help improve air flow in our home on the first visit and then when waiting to get a simple job afterwards, they rescheduled 3 times and almost a 4th when I said no thank you. I guess it wasn’t a priority.

We had them out to do a vent cleaning that was long overdue. These guys were amazingly thorough in cleaning vents, replacing vent covers, and vacuuming/cleaning up. Cannot recommend Jeremy and his crew enough.

Affordable Air installed a new high quality Carrier cooling and heating system in our loft above our detached garage, new ductwork in the upstairs of our house, and UV air scrubbers in both of our air handlers in the house, and we couldn’t be happier. They did most all of the work in a single day, had great communication throughout the project, and quickly followed up on any questions or concerns we had. Jeremy was great to work with. Overall, Affordable Air was very professional and a great value, and we would definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

They were quick answering my calls and resolving the problem at my property (Royal Terrace Apartments 07/31/2025) it Was really hard time for me but they help me in all I needed with my chiller at my property. Definitely I will still working with you guys! THANK YOU!!

We had a wonderful experience with Affordable Air. We had all 3 of our a c units replaced (two 4 ton and one 2 ton). Workers showed up on time and the work was great. They had all 3 units replaced on 2 days. And the price ( we got 3 quotes from various companies) was at least 30% lower along with 18 months interest free financing. We could not be happier with the work performed by Affordable Air and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

It wasn’t the Tech but the reception called me that I need to pay for an inspection. This was not communicated to me when I made the appointment and the Tech said it after he was done, I owed I wanted an estimate! The receptionist was polite n apologized for the confusion. Lesson-next time ask if there is a charge for an estimate

We paid around over $500 to have our vents cleaned and a deep clean on the unit. The promised a 5 year warranty and that they would return to reclean the unit if I called under 5 years. I reached out to have them process a warranty claim and was advised that they changed computer systems and only one person could look to see if I did in fact have a warranty. After several additional calls they agreed to come out to look at our unit. The first time they were scheduled there was a cold front come through and the morning of, I called because I hadn't heard from them and they let me know they would have to reschedule. We rescheduled it and I worked another day at home. They promised to arrive between 0800-1100 at 1150 I called to check on the status and was promised a call back and again at 1330. When I hadn't heard by 1500 I called again and was told I would have to reschedule. I advised that I could work from home the next day if they could come out. I was told they would have to call me back. So at this point I have changed my work schedule twice and still haven't been serviced and you guessed it....waiting on a call back. I have been trying to get this done for over a month. I feel like you can't trust their "warranty" because warranty customers are last in priority. It has been very inconvenient and sure the girls are friendly on the phone but that's not getting the work done and wasting my time.

UPDATE: THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THE TECHNICIAN NO LONGER WORKS THERE AND DIDN'T WRITE IT ON THE CONTRACT SO I DON'T HAVE A WARRANTY. RIDDLE ME THIS BATMAN IF I WASN'T PROMISED A WARRANTY HOW WOULD I KNOW THEY OFFER THEM??????

For the record I was courteous and friendly the first day I rescheduled work after a reschedule. I was courteous the second day I rescheduled work. I apologize that on that third day I was all out of friendlyness.

The team arrived on time, and they were incredibly professional throughout the entire installation. They took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions, ensuring I understood how the new system works.

The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to my home. I also appreciated how tidy the team was, cleaning up after the job was done. The new HVAC system works beautifully, and the difference in comfort is noticeable right away.

The techs were fast, professional, and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. Good overall experience.

They did a great job replacing my AC system. I never felt like they we rushing, and the team was very polite while being efficient. Everyone that I worked with from this company was awesome, and they are not out there trying to over charge like some of the other companies.

Had affordable air install a complete brand new system last July 24th, it is August 13th 2025 and the system is allowing water to leak from my ceiling. Basically 1 year and 20 days. This should not be happening so soon. Apparently when they installed the new system they didn’t properly clean out the drain system, and or did not properly install the drain system as water should not be leaking from my ceiling. They want to charge me a service fee just to come out. This is wrong and it’s not how you take care of a customer. Barely a year old.
Anyone considering using this company needs to be aware of how they will take care of you. HVAC systems are not cheap. Expected better customer service. This is a let down.

Btw, no special offer was made to check the system at any time. This is a response to affordable airs response. This company apparently does not take any responsibility over their work. Also when this ac compressor shuts off it sounds like a bunch of metal gears slamming together. Upon inspecting the drain set up in the attic, no valve was installed at the clean out. This system supposedly came with a 10 year warranty, if there’s an issue probably have to go through the manufacturer as I don’t think affordable air will stand behind anything, except more excuses. Drain leaking at the ceiling below the attic tells you the installation was flawed from the beginning. People replace old hvac systems in order to have peace of mind not headaches.
