I have used Michael's Comfort Conditioning for over 17 years and I highly recommend him! Always there when you need him. The service is fast and very professional. I can't imagine using anyone else.

Just had my first HVAC maintenance service done by Phillip. Super friendly, showed up on time and reasonably priced. Will use again!

I had to call later in day (early afternoon) due to loss of heat in household and LM on VM. Joe responded within 30” with call and came within 1.5 hrs to service. He was very professional & efficient. Fixed the problem with the thermostat & wiring betweeen it and the electric AC and gas heater. To do this he had to change position of thermostat and made its placement and function even easier than before. This is excellent for my 92 yo mother (whose house it actually is and I live with her), so it is a 62 yr old house. And it can be difficult for younger professionals to understand with the fire block in the wall, etc. Joe was great! And, the cost was so incredibly reasonable for the time he spent here. Would recommend them at any time for any needs. Superb service all around!!!!!

AC unit stopped cooling. First contractor told me it needed to be replaced at a hefty $8,000. Michael took the time to investigate the issue and was able to fix for a few hundred. Will be my go hvac company from now on!

Friendly, on time, good price and Michael fixed the issue and gave my family some pointers on how to keep a AC system healthy. I highly recommend this local business to handle your issues. If I need services that they provide I will definitely contact them.

I just wanted to say Michael thank you! thank you! thank you! for coming to my home in Mesquite on Christmas Eve 2022 I had a upstairs heating unit that was not blowing out hot air at all and it was super cold! that day and Michael diagnosed the problem and repair it (igniter sensor) I have called other companies before I called Michael and they were trying to sell me a new units. I scheduled to have Michael’s out to have my gas furnace and evaporator coil unit in my hall closet moved into the attic. They were prompt, fairly priced and the owner answered all my questions before and during the install. They progressively picked up during the install as well. It’s so hard to find this kind of customer service from any company or service anymore. My house is so much quieter now that we don’t have the big unit in the hallway. This has been my go to company for years and anytime they come out I’m reminded of why.

Michael came out early Saturday to come check out our AC. Not only did he fix the problem but he went above and beyond to make sure other issues were prevented at no additional cost. He helped move roots which were very tough in order for us to get to the panel. Amazing service! Customer for life now!

I would like to say how appreciative I am of Phillip Saragusa with Michael’s Comfort Conditioning. My heater had an elusive & pesky problem. Phillip was very responsive by text & worked to solve the intermittent problem. It is so nice to work with people who are honest & ethical, I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Today I had the best experience with Michael’s comfort conditioning. I called him up at 10:00 am to fix my air conditioning, he had his cousin Johnny at my house at 11:00. Johnny was very reasonable efficient and competent. I recommend this air conditioning company to everyone. It’s a family owned buisness you won’t regret doing business with this company.

Michael was EXTREMELY professional and kind! We have been having a leak in our AC unit for almost a year having multiple different businesses telling us a different cause for the leak and we have spent an ungodly amount of money trying to just repair a leak. We finally got Michael out here and he immediately knew the issue and fixed our problem for an insanely reasonable price. I am so grateful for his help. It’s been a week and not a single drop of water has leaked from our system for the first time in a year. He also checked our external unit and noticed we needed over a gallon of coolant! Something 5 other businesses never even checked. We couldn’t be more grateful for his business and care. I highly recommend you give him a call!

We called Michael’s Comfort on a Sunday morning after our AC went out the previous night. They responded and came out within 2 hours. Joe was our technician. He came out and diagnosed our problem, but he was unable to repair it because he had concerns about our wiring and advised us to contact an electrician. He did not charge us a service fee, nor would he accept a tip. We had an electrician come out and repair our electrical problems. We called Joe after the repairs were completed, expecting to be told we would have to schedule an appointment for the next day. Much to my surprise, he came back out within the hour. He repaired what he thought would correct our problem, but it turned out to be more than what he thought it was. He took the time to explain everything to my husband, and answered all of our questions. We decided to have our unit replaced. He came back out the next morning with a crew, and had our AC up and running. He even installed a new thermostat and a disconnect for our unit. My unit was close to 20 years old so I was not surprised it had to be replaced. I was surprised at how polite and professional Joe and his crew were. The fact that they were efficient and reasonably priced was a plus. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their AC serviced, maintained or replaced

Highly recommend Michael’s Comfort Conditioning. Super genuine guys and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. They assisted my wife and I on a hot day. Turns out It was a tripped breaker. Could have just told me I needed a whole new unit. Love the honesty! Would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

Great communication, Perfect price. Other companies quoted me over 2k and made exaggerations about refrigerant being too expensive, plus labor meanwhile at Holland AC and Heating had a Straight foward price of labor and refrigerant without any hidden fees or upcharging, And dealt with warranty on the parts. Perfect service with 6 months of warranty. If you need someone fast i highly recommend this company.
