Back up and running. I also had them do a tuneup while they were out, which they did and had honest recommendations for. Will def use these guys again.

What can I say! I had 2 vent cleaning companies and 2 other HVAC companies come out and just advise to replace the vents. Albert and Chesney were able to provide a creative, knowledgeable, and alternative, longer term solution which actually fixed the problem instead of just a bandaid. It came out Less expensive than the bandaid vent replacement and with better air quality. Beat the timeline as well. Highly recommend and will refer!

Needed to make sure the heater was working properly. The service tech that came out was Elijah and was very professional and polite. Was always careful not to bring dirt in from outside. I would definitely recommend Liberty Air and heat and especially Elijah!

Punctual, professional, and courteous are just a few things I can say about this great company. All work was done in a professional manner. Communication between their office and us was outstanding. No waiting days for a response, usually came back within minutes. Would highly recommend this company to anybody for all of your HVAC needs.

After getting bids from other companies, Liberty was, by far, the best. My inside unit is In the middle of my house and Albert was so careful and conscientious that you would never know he was there. Now that is is beginning to heat up outside, I can tell a huge difference in the temperature in my home. A year’s worth of filters only sweetened the pot.

Albert, Cheslie and team are great resources for anyone who is looking for honest, high quality and fairly priced AC systems and repair work. I have used Liberty heating and air for many years and plan to continue doing so. I refer them to all my friends!

We had a horrible experience dealing with Liberty Air and Heat recently when our landlord asked them to replace our office’s old AC units with new ones. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They did not act professionally and nor did they follow their industry’s safety standards. Before starting their work, they should have taken sufficient precautions to protect our staff and our office property from the hazards of Fiberglass Insulation particles being released into the air. But they didn’t, and as a direct consequence, some of our staff suffered injury (scratched eyeballs, strong allergic reactions) and needed medical attention. Additionally, some property was damaged.
Most annoyingly, Liberty Air and Heat refused to accept their negligence. They also refused to properly compensate us for medical costs incurred and for the replacement of the damaged property.
The test of a sound and reliable service organization is when things sometimes go wrong. Unfortunately, things did go wrong but Liberty Air and Heat came up short. A dependable service organization should always be focused on keeping customers satisfied – but Liberty Air and Heat let us down badly. We will never use them again and also warn others about their unfulfilled promises and unprofessional behavior.
The final straw is that 5 days later the new ACs are still not cooling properly and the office temperature is 80+. They have just not responded to our several calls for help. We have approached them directly and also through our landlord.
I wish I could give them a zero star rating - but unfortunately, the lowest rating is 1 star. PLEASE BE WARNED!

Liberty Air & Hear is hands down the greatest company I use repeatedly when things go awry. They are always quick to respond and able to resolve whatever issue I am experiencing quickly with the utmost professionalism. I could not recommend them enough, they are phenomenal.

Great customer service, response time is great. They are a reliable company and provide excellent service. We just had work done at our house recently. They came did their job and made sure no mess was left behind. Everything was done in a timely matter and A/C unit works great.

As a builder in DFW area for 34 yrs., I would not use another company, especially as the owner has lots of years of experience, and directs his team well. They are fast to schedule, knowledgable and efficient, prices very fair for quality of work.
For our market niche with our high end, custom homes, never an issue!
All our client families appreciate the honesty and work ethic, as do I.
There are dozens of HVAC cos. in the area, but it's your home, don't gamble on who, just call them.

After my 24-year-old Trane 12 Seer finally went out others recommended Liberty Air and Heat so I had them install a Trane 18 Seer unit. They got the job done and was not only professional but very personable which means a lot to me. Albert worked around my schedule even though I had other things I had to take care of. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended Liberty! Our AC unit went out and Cheslie was extremely helpful and responsive to help me understand our unit and what our options are. They sourced and installed a new unit in the same day! We’re so glad they were able to help so quickly especially in the July heat!

Retrieved the name of this company off of my local Facebook following and was in the biggest bind. They were very helpful and gave me a timeframe they would be here. They were totally accurate. Albert was so nice and supportive of the issues I was having and the urgency in which the repair required. It was fixed before I went home that night and in the morning the leasing trailer was cool and ready to greet all the visitors we had that day for a big event. I can't possibly be more pleased and now that I know they have a multitude of services they provide, we will be arranging for them to become a vendor for our company to service all of our properties in the area.

Albert and his team are super responsive and professional. He has served my business and my home for the past 5 years and has gone above and beyond not only with the regular maintenance 9f the a/c units but he has also helped me with other repairs including correction of the air flow in my business. Liberty Air is a great company to work with. Their communication with us through the whole process was great. We have used them at our place of business as well as home.

I had 3 quotes for an AC and they came back with the best value with the best equipment. Their quote was detailed and they let me know up front what was included...which was essentially everything but the copper pipes.

Their service reps were fast, dependable and did everything they said they were going to do. They walked me through the new thermostat and equipment to explain how everything worked...and to be sure to call if I had any other questions.

I would certainly use them again for my service calls and other HVAC needs in the future.
