We were referred to Liberty by others in our HOA after our A/C went out in the middle of the night. I texted them that morning and they were able to get someone out that day. After their inspection and giving us our options, we decided to go ahead and replace our entire system. No pushy sales, just honesty about what are options were and their professional recommendations. They were able to get the ball rolling quickly and were always responsive throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with from front office to crew was super professional and their installation team did a fantastic job getting our system up and running. They made the stressful and dreaded process of getting a new HVAC system easy! Highly recommend and we will use and refer them in the future.

Liberty Air & Heat is a first class operation. As a home builder, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several different HVAC specialists, but Liberty Air & Heat has been exclusively serving my HVAC needs for almost 4 years now. They have assisted us in renovations that require service to existing equipment, replacing ductwork & ventilation, and they have assisted us in custom new construction projects. Albert and Cheslie have been instrumental in the success of a majority of our projects and we are always happy to have them onsite. Their technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, and well prepared. Liberty Air and Heat is now my trusted go to company if I have any issues with my heating and AC. They were responsive, prompt, and informative when I had issues at my home. Cheslie and Scott worked with my schedule to get a tech out as soon as possible, which was imparitive with how cold it was when my heater went out. Albert and Elijah (the techs) not only fixed my problem but also explained everything to me in terms that I can understand. Since they did such an amazing job at my house they were my go to when we were having heating issues at my office. I sent an inquiry after hours last night and Elijah was at my office shortly after 8:00am today. If it's 20 degrees or 110 degrees outside LIBERTY is the company to call.

Liberty Air & Heat have a customer for life. They were amazing!!! Our 2nd (upstairs) AC unit had gone out on a Sunday morning; in this Texas Summer Heat our upstairs reached to 94 degrees. We were HIGHLY referred by family members that recently had brand new AC units installed in their homes earlier in the year. I reached out to Albert bright and early Monday morning, as well as the main office and the whole staff was courteous, professional, and replied quickly. They were at our house by lunch time on Monday and had our AC unit up and running in less than hour. They were fair and honest and didn’t try to sell anything I didn’t need. I cannot recommend Liberty enough. They are the absolute BEST around. Highly, highly recommend and they not only have me as a customer for my AC needs they have my entire family.

Recently, Liberty Air installed my new ac unit. Prior to installment, Albert determined the right unit for my house and personally installed it. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well. I got a great deal and now highly recommend Liberty Air to friends and family.

From the first call to the last handshake Liberty is the best. The tech arrived 5 minutes early, introduced himself professionally and put made sure his shoes were clean. My commercial real estate company stumbled upon Liberty Heat & Air through a friend, after one of our long time mechanical contractors got too far behind. That's been over two years ago, and now most all our hvac and mechanical work is first bid out to Albert and his folks at Liberty. Their timeliness and efficiency in getting to our projects within a short time frame, providing us immediate feedback on reasonable options to pursue, and handling the work just as quickly ensure we're always keeping our properties operating and our tenancy happy. I now have started using Liberty for our residential needs as well. And competitive, but reasonable charges. Either way, we've been covered, and now most all our work goes to them.

On a hot and humid Saturday afternoon my 17 year old AC system finally gave up the ghost. My son who had previously used Liberty Air texted them to see if they even serviced Farmers Branch. They offered to come that evening, but we had already taken rooms at a nearby hotel so we asked for a Monday meeting, hoping that they could help us then. They offered to try and fix it but we had already decided that it was time to replace this inefficient Freon using system. They gave me a very fair estimate of the cost of replacing the entire AC and furnace unit. They did not try and upsell me anything and I felt that they very much had our situation at heart. They stayed all day (even in the attic ) so that we had blessed cool by that evening. You can’t go wrong using Liberty Air if you want a company who is prompt and trustworthy and leaves absolutely no mess when they leave.

I have been using the Liberty Air & heat since they establish their company. Albert & his team are very professional and dependent. My home uses three AC and heat units and Albert has repaired/maintained and replaced two of our units. Cheslie & Carmen have provided great scheduling and other logistical supports. Nick (other technician) came in today while Albert was on vacation and trouble shoot our heater and found out the root cause very quickly. He called Cheslie & found a new compatible control unit right away. Anyway, Nick went out & got the control unit & replaced it very quickly. I am very satisfied with their outstanding & honest services and recommend this company if you are looking for an honest & professional work.

My Mother and myself are Happy Campers today, because of Liberty Air Heating and Nick. Our Heating unit went out during the night, we were so cold. I called Liberty Air, left a message, they promptly returned my call and sat up my appointment.
