David was professional and attentive. The serviceman arrived on time assessed my ac condition and did repairs. Quick and correct.
The best review I can give is they will get my call the next time I have an issue. For once I don't feel taken advantage of. It was comfortable.

David and the tech were both professional and responsive. I was very appreciative of the fast response and couldn’t help to come leave them a good review. It’s a shame there aren’t many more! I will be calling them again before summer to replace my coil unit! I was happy to hear they have finance options! I will definitely recommend them.

I have used Metro Service twice now (for two different issues - a control board fix and a coil replacement) and both times, they have provided me with great communication and fair, honest, & transparent pricing. David (the owner) is very communicative throughout the process and is great at explaining the work that needs to get done. Anytime I have AC or heating issues in the future, Metro Service will be my first call.

Joe was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options without pushy salesmanship. I opted to replace my AC which he did quickly for a fair price.

The heat pump at my rent house stopped working during the Texas freeze.i found this place on Google and many I called didn't even answer their phone. Joe answered and was friendly and professional. He had a lot of calls ahead of me but put us on the list. He got out in the cold on icy roads to fix heaters. It's now up and running and I feel it was a reasonable price. My new go to HVAC company! Please give them a call if you need service!!

Joe and his team did an excellent job replacing my old air conditioner and furnace. The job took about half a day and they left the area cleaner than when they found it. Their work impressed the city inspector. I will be calling Joe for all of my air conditioning needs.

I can't say enough about Joe and his company. Extremely professional. Always returned calls quickly. Wonderful diagnosing the issues with the A/C unit. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed assistance in the DFW Metroplex, not just the Garland area! We will definitely be purchasing a yearly maintenance contract with his company as well. Everyone should consider using him for their a/c/heat issues as well as for maintenance.

Alex did an amazing job with our AC installation. For it being 105 degrees outside, he was very cleanly, professional, and had the air conditioning installation done in no time. Air Central is in my phone for next time there’s an HVAC issue!

Joe responded immediately and determined that I needed a motor. He quickly repaired my AC and spared me from the Texas heat. The cost was much less than I expected. Joe @ Air Central HVAC was fantastic! He helped us with HVAC repairs about 6+ years ago when we lived in a different house. When our AC started making a weird noise, we immediately thought to call Joe @ Air Central HVAC first. Joe came out the very next day and handled the repair in no time. Joe was on time, friendly and tenacious when it came to solving an AC issue with a unit down as well as conducting seasonal cleaning and maintenance of our HVAC system overall. Our problem proved to be pretty challenging to nail down as multiple components of our system were seemingly impacted by some sort of electrical event. Joe hung in there and got things up and running. After all of that I was still facing an issue with my Nest thermostat. Joe went the extra mile and stayed on the line with me and nest support. We nailed down the final issue after an hour and I ended up having to order a part to solve a defective nest board. Joe stayed in touch with me to insure the part arrived, I got it installed and the system was up and running. I highly recommend Joe for your repair and maintenance needs!
