Great customer service from initial phone call to request service to coming out and repairing the A/C in 100 degree weather. Joel took the time to explain the problem, answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Great work!

Our AC went out at night on a Sunday. The house quickly went up to 81 degrees. I was calling around and was getting told by 24 hour companies that the soonest they could come out would be Tuesday, Thursday, and even the following Saturday. When I called this company, I spoke with Joel, and he was on another job at the time, but told me that he would head here as soon as he was finished with the job he was on. He got here in about an hour, had the parts on his truck to complete my job, had very reasonable prices, and was very knowledgeable and courteous!!! I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend him to my family and friends!!!

Joel is wonderful. He was very professional and upfront about cost, and repair of everything. We didn't have to worry about him stating multiple things just to make money. Honestly we were thinking we would have to replace the entire unit and come to find out it was a fan that burned out. He will be our go to person from now on! Highly recommend

I’m the owner of 2 minisplits we used to serve a remodeled garage apartment and also a standalone guest suite. Both are Gree systems. I have found most big AC companies are not interested or untrained and not knowledgeable about these systems. luckily I found JR s few years ago and he knows how they work and how to service them. I only csll him now for the minisplits- fast and timely service. Thank you !!

Great service! I'm so glad to have air conditioning again! Joel did a great job troubleshooting and figuring out what the problem was. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up my outside unit, so it looks almost like new.

You will NOT be disappointed with Joel and his team. So refreshing to be treated like a person and not a number. 5 stars all the way!! Our Ac unit safety switch kept filling up with water which in turn would shut our ac off. This kept happening starting Thursday night..Fast forward to Saturday- I called Several other so called 24/7 ac services only to be told they wouldn't be available until Monday- Tuesday...Called JR Saturday around 11:30am & he scheduled us in for 3:30pm... He was done give or take 15-20 minutes...Well worth over a 20 % tip which we paid with no hesitation at all..He's definitely gained a new customer with our household..He also shared tips on maintaining our ac unit especially during these hot summer months...Saved us from this sweltering Texas heat over the weekend..Very reasonable pricing ( Much less than I expected it to be) & superior customer service- professionalism. Definitely highly recommend . Thank you so much, Mr. JR.

I would recommend Joel and his services to anyone. EXTREMELY FAST and efficient! Excellent Customer service- BOOK HIM he will identify the issue in seconds. Very good. He identified our issue and it was fixed within minutes. Luckily ours wasn’t something major.

Joel came out to fix our heater/furnace when we had no idea what was wrong with it, and he was absolutely amazing. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue, but he also helped us with our thermostat (which was outside of the original assignment) and figured out—in less than 30 seconds—why our outside outlet plugs weren’t working.
Joel truly took his time and walked my husband through exactly what was happening every step of the way. He was extremely patient and even taught my husband some minor do’s and don’ts for maintenance and troubleshooting. He works alone, and you can immediately tell he really knows his stuff. He isn’t afraid to talk to you, explain things, and teach as he works.
We’ve been looking for someone like Joel, someone we can trust to help us and maintain our appliances and we’re so glad we found him!!
