Our ancient heater went out days before the big cold front came in we were worried about what we were going to do and worried about oir our dogs.
Right from the start he was friendly, courteous, and no rush….took the time to explain the issues that were giving me problems and professional advice

He knew we were in a bind and went out of his way to make sure we had that hard to find parts within a few days even fixed the wiring done by the last company we tried! The day before the temps went to freezing.

So I impressed I had to write this review to let other people know this is one of those companies that won’t disappoint

Always great help and expertise from A-U.S., have used them twice now. The company quickly called to set up a time, the technician (Jeff) reached out the night before to confirm a window of time and the next morning communicated when he would arrive, which ended up exactly when he said down to the minute. The work was done quickly and efficiently with helpful explanation. Pretty impressive stuff by the team and highly recommend.
