I had three ceiling fans and a set of lights installed recently—lights that I’d purchased from overseas and thought would work with my home setup. Unfortunately, they weren’t compatible with my electrical system. Instead of just telling me they wouldn’t work and walking away, he went above and beyond.

He contacted the international supplier himself, tried everything possible to troubleshoot the issue, and when we still couldn’t get a solution, he helped me arrange the return so I wouldn’t be stuck with products I couldn’t use.

The fans he installed look great, his customer service was exceptional, and his professionalism stood out the entire time.

When I find new lights, I’ll absolutely be calling him again. Highly recommend—quality work, honest communication, and someone who truly cares about doing things right. 🙌⚡️

He tackled a tricky job of fixing two loose recessed lights on a 20-foot ceiling which required setting up scaffolding, a process he handled with great caution. Cox Electric repaired a non-functioning ceiling fan for us which had completely stopped working - it needed a new receiver and remote-control device. Cox is timely, cordial, thorough, and excellent problem solvers. Best electricians I know of in the Georgetown/Round Rock TX area. Give them a call.

Excellent service!! Called Cox Electric after our AC repair guy said we needed an electrician to replace a faulty breaker switch. They came out within an hour and got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll be using Cox Electric for any future repairs!
