The guys arrived in the time frame they scheduled. They were very friendly, careful, and did clean work. After the crew left, I had a (user error) issue with the power to my dryer, so I called and explained the issue. They quickly scheduled another technician to come out and take a look. Turned out my dryer vent was shorting the dryer causing the breaker to flip. The technician explained why the breaker was flipping, and explained what he did to correct the issue, free of any extra charge. He was very friendly, and the information he provided was easy to understand. Very good decision going with Cox Electric, and if I have any other electrical needs I will reach back out for the work. Wow...found out at 10 PM....main breaker 40 years old had broken one lead...only possible power were a few 115 volt outlets for lights and coffee in AM...emailed COX electric 11:00 PM by 8:15 AM there were looking over what was needed. Supply house... Pedernales Electric coordinating...back with supplies and by...2:30 PM both heat pumps going ....whole house electrical system up and going...woohoo what professional staff !!!!!! Cox Electric is our go to electrician. They have come out 3 times to our home and now to our rental property. What I love about working with them is their expert knowledge and fair estimates. Professional from start, we lost our power in the ice storm a few days ago. Cox came out and coordinated all aspects of permitting and scheduling. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. What a relief, they are the Holy Trinity of Electrical contractors.

Had a list of items found during pre sale inspection on my home. Sent the inspection report to Cox for them to review. Communication was outstanding. They were very quick to provide me with a detailed quote for the work. Electrician and his helper came today to do the work. They were very professional and as far as I can tell, did an excellent job. I’m new to Georgetown and will use Cox again for my electrical needs.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Cox Electric. Asked for a quote for a low voltage Ethernet install along with a few other items. Quote was within expectations based on other quotes I received. Crew was amazing, working around the chaos of my house. They took care to catch and clean up after themselves when cutting through the drywall to install. Crew wasn't able to install one of the drops because of the layout of my house's air handler and when we got to the end, they brought it back up and credited that portion of the work without me asking.

Definitely will use these guys again and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Easily the best electrician experience I’ve had. Gave a reasonable estimate from the get go, without needing to come out to look like many other companies will insist. Performed the work the next day, completing the circuit installation without 30m. No upcharge, no “looks more complicated than we thought” fee, just fair and honest work!
