... update on sept 16 ... I had Sam return to install a whole house water system. I'd spent over a year researching different systems and talking to other people but only after talking to Sam was I able to decide with confidence on a system that best suited my needs.

The system he and I ultimately decided on was the Aquasana Rhino Chloramines Max Flow with a salt-free water conditioner and the addition of a Flow-Tech device for the tankless water heater. Samuel installed this system meticulously, paying close attention to detail at every stage of the installation. He used high-quality Uponor PEX-A tubing, which provides superior water flow and long-term durability. He also incorporated a carefully designed setup with bypass valves and flushing points for easy maintenance.
A system that removes chloramine (in leander) and does it salt free is important for health… so much more to say ... only so much time and room... GREAT SERVICE ... use PlumbPros!!!

Joshua Yoder and his helper came out on a Sunday when the shut off valve to our sink broke off. Installed new shut off valve and the new faucet that we’d purchased. This is the second time they have done work for us and again did a great job and kept us informed on his progress. They were friendly and professional.

The original plumber who installed our tankless water heaters, did not route the connections properly, and the carbon monoxide part of the system was actually going down to our sewer and not exiting the proper hole through the roof.
Josh and Gavin were able to fix this problem so we would pass inspection in under two hours.

Joshua Sam and Crew did an excellent job replacing the main water line to our home from the street. Excavating the Texas rock out of the ground was difficult, but they got it done with precision. From beginning to end Joshua communicated everything the crew would be doing. Always on time, polite and courteous. Being seniors this was so important to us. The job was completed perfectly and we could not asked for more. We highly recommend PlumbPros. And they are our go to from now on.

This past weekend, my wife and I noticed our toilets weren’t draining right and were making a weird gurgling sound after flushing. After looking into a few plumbing companies, I decided to call PlumbPros, and I’m really glad I did.

Booking the appointment was super easy, and they were able to come out the same day to figure out what was going on. The next morning, they came back and got started on the repair.

Turns out a pipe underground had separated and needed to be fixed. It sounded like it was going to be a big deal, but the whole process ended up being simple and totally hassle-free.

My toilet had been leaking water for weeks but feared calling anyone because, well, cost!! Thanks to the suggestion of a family member, Plumb Pros came out on a Saturday morning and not only fixed my initial problem but also discovered old bleach pallets that were stuck for God knows how long causing a blockage!! For them it was no big deal. It took them about an hour and a half, some inexpensive parts and a few tools. But for me, it was a huge deal, I lost sleep worrying about this for days! Now I know that my only mistake was not calling them sooner. Family owned business, respectable crew, honest people and fair prices. Highly recommend their services!

Highly RECOMMEND! PlumbPros has done two big plumbing jobs for us. We’ve had some unfortunate plumbing issues lately. The first job was to replace all our sewer pipes under our duplex. Both units needed new pipes because they were all cracked. It was a major undertaking for Josh Yoder and Josh Seifert but they proved to be knowledgeable, experienced, skilled and up to the task. They worked diligently and made sure to have everything functioning well once the job was done. It’s hard living without working plumbing but they were very considerate and hard working, sometimes they working well into the night to move the job further along. They cleaned up afterwards and they did a great job. Everything passed inspection and has been working great, that is the reason we called them back to repipe all our water lines.

Our all our hot and cold water pipes needed to be repiped and we knew that we needed someone reliable to do the job. We called Sam from PlumbPros. He sent Sean, Fidel and Julian to do the repipe. Every day they showed up when they said they would show up and showed up on time. If I had any questions about the job they were able to answer and clearly explain what they were doing. Sean and Fidel took the lead on the job and any obstacles they encounter they were able to resolve with skill. They were conscientious and tried to minimize the holes in our drywall as much as possible. They also cleaned up all the dust after the job was done.
Doing house repairs are expensive and stressful but it’s good to know that PlumbPros can do the job and do it well at a fair price.

They had to dig out in the front yard to find where the blockage was in the pipes , and it was really deep and messy. The price was reasonable considering all of work

I am pleased to give Sam and Plumbpro the highest of ratings. My job consisted of replacing all cast iron sewer pipes under my mom’s home which sits on solid rock. Additionally I had to run a new line 200+feet from the house to the street. My job was complicated because the house sits up against and embankment and it was difficult to get to the plumbing lines that needed replacing as well.
I can’t say enough about the confidence I felt in Sam and his team during the process. They were kind, professional and reasonable in their pricing.
