DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They do not stand behind their work, don't call back when it breaks on a weekend. I have a 2 year old unit they installed that has broken twice. They wefe unhappy when the builder asked them to install another vent in my master bedroom and only did so begrudgingly. Again, move to another company and bypass this one. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible.

Great experience all around. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed my issue in 15 minutes and took the time to explain the problem. The rates were also reasonable.

I have been using Tedford heating and air for the last couple of years. I could not be happier with their service and pricing. I highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning, from service to complete system change out. They are the only a/c and heating company that I or my family will use. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I made a call at 2pm, and Brandon was at the house by 3:30. He was prompt and logical. What I mean by this is simple...after assessing the problem, (loose wire of all things) he tightened it up and said "no charge". It would have been a perfect opportunity to at least get paid for a service call but instead left with a tip and a customer that will deal ONLY with him. Thanks Brandon I will refer anyone I can!!

An excellent company to work with. They know hvac units backward and forward. Helped us get the right size for our barn apartment. Installation was quick and efficient. And the price was right. Kudos to the guys at Lawton.

Had another ac repair company come out to service my unit they repaired it . They left it stopped working again called them back out then they wanted to sell me a new system gave me a quote on a new system. Was told system was to old to repair would be a miracle if it got thru the summer. Called had lawhon come out repaired the system it's been going strong ever since.

I've been using Lawhon for my home for about 5 years now. They've always been professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and honest about the state of my units. I highly recommend them.

Brandon and his technicians always do a great job for us. We have a newer unit, so he has just performed yearly maintenance. Always on time and very professional.

In the fall of 2017, I had three other HVAC companies come out to see why my downstairs was so much warmer than my upstairs. The other HVAC companies could not figure it out. Brandon at Tedford HVAC worked with my work schedule and met me after work, assessed the situation and fixed it in less than 2 hours. I just had him back for my spring check up and he found another issue in our 10 year old AC unit and we could fix it quickly before it turned into a bigger problem. Brandon is efficient and always arrives on time. The customer service and communication is great! I'd recommend this company because they come and handle issues and are not interested in up-selling you items, just what you need to keep your equipment in optimal working order. Thank you!

They came when they said they would. On time is very important to me. They are very honest in their work not giving one price one day then raising it when they come out. They do the work they say they are going to do. They don't make a mess of the house and they are vet respectful. I am old school and this counts a great deal in my book. I would recommend them highly.

On Tuesday, their tech inspected our HVAC, blew out a clogged drain and stated everything was fine. On Friday afternoon we returned home and found the inside temp at 86 degrees.
Called Lowhan, left a message and they responded an hour later. I explained the situation to them and was told the tech will be back Monday morning. I asked them to get someone to look at our system today and was told they will get back to me.
After waiting another hour with no response I called them back and was told I could call them Monday and make an appointment.
I have dealt with owner in the past and felt he provided good service. Unfortunately he has poorly trained trained employees.
After being refused service from Lowhan, I called a real HVAC company, Stan's at 5:30 Friday night. They had a tech at my house within two hours,
diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part and will install it tomorrow.
I will pass the word about Lowhan's extremely poor sevice and suggest people not do business with them.

Brandon with Tedford Heating & Air Conditioning came out on New Years day and fixed my heat where 3 companies before couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I wasn't up-charged for it being a holiday and I wasn't charged for any unnecessary parts. He told me what was wrong with it, fixed and all is working great. I am so happy that I FINALLY found a Heating/AC company that I can depend on, I can trust and I can refer other people to.

These guys really know there stuff (I'm an old AC guy myself). I have a 4-ton Carrier heat pump that was installed in 2011. I came home to a hot house due to a faulty compressor that had already been replaced twice by another contractor. I called Tedford and they came out the same day. They were able to get it going but warned me that I may have a compressor issue. Low and behold, if failed completely that night. I called Tedford the next day and they came by and verified the failure and replaced the compressor. They were kind enough to note that the previous installer had not installed a new filter/dryer, and had installed a "hard start kit" that was actually older than the unit itself. They purged the lines, drew a good vacuum, and charged it up. Brandon and Co. were fairly priced, professional, fast, and did the job right. Many thanks guys!

I heard about Brandon through a friend from work, so I called him to see if he could go to my parents house to help with their AC. They had several other companies out and all they did was take their money and "fix" it. Brandon went out and really looked around, told them the issue and did something so it would work until he could really fix it at no cost to them until he was able to come out and really fix it. He provided me with the comfort of knowing someone was taking care of my parents since I wasn't there. We have since recommended him to other people.

Very fair and reasonable, and they do good work. I've used them on a number of different jobs over the years, and they have always been very fair and trustworthy, which can be a hard thing to find in air conditioning repair. They don't try to hustle you, and they know their stuff.

We have been with Brandon from Lawhon Heating and Air for many years for both home and business A/C needs. They are always prompt, courteous and take care of things without us ever feeling we were ripped off. Hope they will be around a long time.

Quote for reasonable 16 SEER 3.5 and 3 ton units, with new ductwork and optional filter in that beat 3 other competitors, excellent service with a turnaround time of two days (one for quote, and next for the full installation). Even installed Nest thermostats upon our request. Added tray and safety shutoff valves for extra safety against water damage. Wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC needs. Brandon and his team were super professional and had no-BS when it came to cost and price.

Our Air conditioner died after 20 years on a Saturday afternoon we callled our service company they told us we had to wait till Tuesday just to have someone come out and diagnose the problem. My wife was referred to Lawhon Heating & Air with a great recomendation they are dependable and always provide great service. I called Lawhon on Monday afternoon and was told they would have some at our house the next day at 8:00 am. They arrived the next day at 8:00 am diagnosed that our condensor was bad. I asked if they could replace our entire sytem and about how long would we have to wait he said they could replace it that day. They left to get parts came back and had our system replaced that day up and running in about 6 hours!!! They were very paitent and took the time to explain the proceedure. Very glad to have Lawhon for new A/C service company.

Excellent service from this company. Called first thing this AM, received a callback minutes later. Tech Darren came out right at the beginning of my service window, was polite, knowledgeable and resolved our issue quickly...would highly recommend Lawhon Heating & Air
