Called Saturday morning and Wayne was here within 30 min fixing the AC. These guys are great and local Georgetown folks. Highly recommended Express.

Service was replacement of water heater in attic area (not easily accessed). Crew was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Great experience. Would recommend unconditionally.

Tim and Wayne are always reliable and, as usual, responded immediately and fixed the issue in timely manner - i would definitely recommend an annual maintenance plan from this company.

Express HVAC did a great job. Woke up to no AC at 5:30am, called them at 5:45am, they were at my house at 6:45am and AC was fixed and up and running by 7:30am. Doesn’t get any better than that. They are always on time, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Express HVAC has been my go-to repair and maintenance company for several years.

Express HAVC service came out at no charge to diagnose my outside AC unit since they did work on unit a year ago. Unit was working well when they arrived because we had just reset it at the breaker . Evidently the storms tripped the unit.

John provided good service and he came out on short notice, which was great since it was 30 degrees outside. I was surprised to see the bill for $205 though. There were no parts involved other than a couple of fuses and running some tests. I realize that HVAC is expensive and maybe that is the going rate for 45 min. I expected a bill around $150 from past experience.
I was hoping to make Express my permanent HVAC company, but I will have to shop around for the future.

Shannon is amazing he was fast to come out, did the repair lickity-split, and left. He was super friendly and conversational without dawdling or wasting time. When I had an additional problem, he was back put in 30 minutes. I highly recommend calling and asking for Shannon.

A/C went out on a Friday that was 100+ degrees. Called two service companies, neither of which could come out in less than a week. Found Express HVAC on Google. He arrived one hour later, ran tests and told me my options and costs regarding repair or replace. Since my unit was 12 years old I chose to replace. He said an installation team would be there the next morning (Saturday). They arrived right on time, replaced the outside unit, reworked the inside unit for the new coolant and completely cleaned up everything. They then proceeded to check my other unit and clean the attic overflow line. All this with no additional weekend charge and at a great overall price. Can't say enough good things about these people. They are the BEST!

The service was great for this trip. However, I am still not happy with the initial installation and I have asked a representative to call me to discuss this again. Initial installation was faulty and still creating problems. Everyone who has come out has commented that it was not installed properly. I will use this company for maintenance, but when I need to replace, I will definitely use a different company.

Not a good experience from the start.....on 8/12 called for pricing and scheduled same day service. Tech arrived late and as he's walking up the driveway he states "I don't know what you were quoted but it's going to be more" (uhmmm.. what! My AC needed refrigerant (what I got pricing on and confirmed they had it) tech doesn't have refrigerant with him, so had to go back to the office. I called their office to reconfirm my price, it was finally confirmed. They scheduled a different tech for 8/13. Tech arrived about 4 hour after my service time frame. My AC is a R22, takes at least 6lbs to refill /recharge it. He "completed the service " says the unit is good to go. Today on 8/18, the AC is blowing warm air again. This is ridiculous! Robbery! Service paid for but not rendered.

Wayne did a good job of arriving on time, sizing up the entire project and pointing what he sees as the best choice for our home. He was polite and knowledgeable. .

Express HVAC has been great every time we have used them. When the freeze it and our heater went out they were right there and ready to help. We signed up for their maintenance program so we save 10% on all services and they come check on the systems twice a year. 10 out of 10 will use them again.

Dan was extremely helpful! Our HVAC system went down and weren’t sure what to do. He helped us over the phone late at night and turns out it was a blown fuse. Excellent, excellent customer service and will use Express again! Thank you!

I was really happy with the service.........until I wasn't.

I was having an issue with my Sensi thermostat not turning off the heat. Visited the Sensi website to troubleshoot and not finding an answer ultimately searched for a local Sensi dealer to fix the problem. Called Express HVAC because they were on the website as Sensi Professionals.

Very friendly response and technician was dispatched quickly. Technician shows up and takes a look at the thermostat and states it's wired correctly and double checks wiring at furnace. Charged $89 informed us that the thermostat was defective and later sent invoice stating to replace thermostat. Spent $100 replacing thermostat and installed using the exact same connections. Still didn't work correctly. Out of frustration I called the Sensi tech support line. While on hold for over an hour I sent an email to Express HVAC informing them that replacing the thermostat didn't solve the issue. Finally got a Sensi tech support representative that asked that I describe how thermostat was wired. Within 30 seconds the representative told me the thermostat was wired for a heat pump and not a gas furnace and instructed me to move one wire to another terminal. Moving the wire fixed the problem immediately. The representative told me that any qualified AC technician should have recognized that the thermostat was wired for a heat pump and not a gas furnace. Now I'm out $89 for a service call that should have fixed the issue plus another $100 for a replacement thermostat when there was nothing wrong with the first one.

I contacted Express HVAC by email explaining what had happened including a picture of the before and after wiring and voicing my disappointment. I had hoped to resolve our issues before leaving a review but after almost a week with no reply to emails or voicemails I feel like I need to inform potential customers of what may be in store using this company.

Express HVAC has for years kept my 15 yr old units operating in top condition! Every technician sent to service my units has been personable, professional, and knowledgeable of their craft. I absolutely recommend this company and give them the maximum stars!

These guys work with my pain in the butt schedule and ordered an oddball part in order to fix my air conditioner on my RV when nobody else would. Guy was here when he said he was going to be here did excellent work got everything knocked out and I could not be happier

Highly recommend - We called late in the day and someone was out that evening to look at our a/c unit. That same evening we were able to set up the installation and arrange a 0% financing plan. The installation took place the very next day and our house was nicely air conditioned in just a few hours. Whole process took less 24 hours and we were kept in the loop the entire time. No wondering or guessing what would happen next. They even did a 2 week post install inspection just to make sure everything was working perfectly.
