Sam and his team are amazing. I've been a general contractor for 27 years and in business for 25 with ICS Quality Homes, and Sam has worked for us quite a bit lately. He's a straight shooter and knows main line and sub home plumbing like noone I've known. Give him a call, and no, I was not asked to make this review!

These guys were Professional, Fast and Friendly.
From the moment i called them to the second they left.I knew I was in good hands. Not only did they take the time to explain to me the ins and outs of my new whole house water treatment system they never tried to force any up sell or extra services to me. I'm very satisfied with my experience and have been suggesting them to everyone I know!

We were unexpectedly met with a new pool in our front yard. We were put in touch with PlumbPros by a friend. Two young men arrived at the time that was given to us. They were Sean & Fidel. They went right to work. At each step in the process they let us know what they had discovered & what was needed to repair the leak properly. We had just moved into our home & they were very careful to not make a mess & track in any mud or anything. Those two young men Sean & Fidel were very professional & polite. We were extremely pleased with all that was explained to us & the way that Sean & Fidel did the job. Highly recommend! They did a full repipe on my house and were by far the best at communicating and also price. Super genuine and much more appealing that the other company's quotes. I think they're a smaller company/not corporate and so they're able to charge less but do a good job.

I was thoroughly impressed with PlumbPros. Not only were they punctual, but they were also exceptionally professional. They were knowledgeable about their work and, most importantly, they were incredibly honest.

I needed their services for a job in my backyard. Since I’m not a plumber, I wasn’t familiar with the intricacies of my sprinkler system. I’m building a deck and needed to disconnect the system to prevent it from turning on after the deck was completed. The representative at PlumbPros could have easily charged me a hefty fee and left without me thinking anything about it. Instead, they went to my garage, inspected my sprinkler system, and informed me that I could turn off the zone. They didn’t just tell me this; they also walked me through the process, showing me how to do it and testing it to ensure its correctness. I asked them how much it would cost me, they didn’t charge me a thing. These guys are truly exceptional. Whenever I encounter any plumbing issues, they’ll be the first people I call.

Sam and his team are incredible! From the moment I first chatted with Sam, I knew I was in good hands. He doesn't try to up sell you on anything, gives you information straight, is fair in pricing, and definitely knows what he is talking about. Him and his team work efficiently but also do a great job. I can tell they were thorough by the detail and information they provided. I highly recommend working with them. It was a great experience overall from the initial assessment all the way to the end with dealing with insurance.

Sean and Jullian are the best of the best. We were having a terrible day after our toilet backed up into our bathtub. Looking online led me to this company and we decided on them to help us out. A couple a very professional and super sweet guys show up and a few hours later, a rat or an opossum is being pulled out of our cleanup pipe outside. Absolutely insane! A first for them and us and we had a moment of shock and awe and some laughter. Thanks so much, to the company, but especially to Sean and Jullian. 10/10 highly recommend. Another company could and probably would charge double their price, but these guys are actually worth far more than they charged. Thanks a million!!!!!

My shower flow dropped volume / toilet filling slow - faucets barely drip when toilet was filling up!

Remove cast-iron pipe under slab that goes to kitchen sink and laundry room. Update with PVC and specifications. It was a big job Sam and his crew did a wonderful job for me. Joshua even came back to make the cement patch look better for me, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Lawhon Heating & Air was my second opinion about a compressor that wasn't running. First company told me to replace the entire unit to the tune of $10k and Brandon was able to get it running in a matter of 15 minutes for the typical service fee.
