First time making a delivery at this location luckily they let you park on the side street next to the warehouse for overnight parking they do go by appointments just be mindful there's construction in the area kind of confusing on where to pull in or pull out at the time of this posting March11 2026 it's best to come in through S. beltline road and refuge Way new warehouse Google has not updated their photos.

I arrived early my appointment was at 7:00 but I got there a little after 6:00 a.m. they got me in right away it was a lot of small skids 97 of them and two 10 ft tubes then loaded me very quickly and the lady that was in the receiving office was very nice and helpful red light green light stuff as soon as it turns green you can pull forward and your signed bol will be in the back the only reason why it took an hour and a half is is because they were in a meeting for the first 15 minutes very quick..

Fast unloading but make sure you have a appointment no without appointment, front desk lady at receiving very rude

Craig and the team at Ferguson is the best in town. Terrific service.

People are friendly. Went to deliver a load here. Got here around 7:20 A.M. my unload time was 9:00 A.M. they allowed me to dock up early. Once 9A.M. came it took about 30 minutes to get unloaded.

Had a delivery at 8am checked in at 7:15am was put in door immediately got unloaded quickly..on plus side they allow you to park on street for overnight..definitely would like to come back here they make it a great experience

Delivery go to the back gate. Take load by appointment. Receiving office is in the middle of the building near dock 226. In & out about one hour

Good place for deliver, easy docks , clean restrooms and very friendly with drivers. Open at seven am and you can show up early but not a guarantee unload before your appointment. Can overnight at surrounding streets

Large location with ample stock but not the best location for plumbers. This location doesn’t allow you to drop off a warranty heater you bring back unlike others. Also i had to fight a bit to get a warranty exchanged. They told me they can’t. Then he told me they don’t have a compatible unit. once i got on the phone with Bradford white the associate immediately said oh yea i have some. After just trying to shoo away our company that has shopped with ferguson almost daily for 20+ years. Will not be back to this location but again… great store for residential customers but not so much the technicians

Called Ferguson and spoke to Saeid, and he was beyond helpful and way better pricing than other places. Also this place is HUGE!! and brand new. Amazing customer service. I recently had foundation work done on my house and Black Tie was the company my foundation co used for any plumbing tests and repairs. They unfortunately located some leaks, but were able to fix them as planned. All of the Black Tie employees I met at my house or spoke to on the phone were amazingly friendly and helpful. One day my power (and AC) went out while Black Tie was doing work, I wrongfully assumed it was their fault, but when I called the Black Tie office manager Larissa went above and beyond by getting in touch with our electric company after hours and checking in on me periodically to see if the problem had been resolved. The power outage was completely unrelated to their work but they still helped me out and made sure things got addressed. Black Tie is great at customer service and follow up.
