We had a pipe bust at our home last night. I posted the issue on our local Facebook group. Matt with BlackTie Plumbing responded and came over at 9:30 PM and assessed the situation and assisted in making sure the water was off. Took all my information and the next morning had a tech onsite by 9 AM. Cail arrived and promptly evaluated the situation. Explained to me the situation and gave me a reasonable quote. He began working and the entire way kept me informed of the situation and any challenges he faced. Cail was amazing! Very professional, courteous, and kind. He knew his stuff. Was honest and truthful through the whole process. We need more young people like him in our work force! I appreciate BlackTie plumbing and their group for taking care of my family and my home! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

First, the actual plumbers were wonderful (Jordan is awesome and does not shoulder any of the blame for this overall rating!). In fact, if this rating were just about the actual plumber it would be 5 stars. The problem is with the company itself. The pricing for the leak location was also very fair (~$550 vs $800 elsewhere). However! Here's where you should look out. Black Tie gets most of its business repairing problems caused by Perma Pier's foundation work (technically the people they farmed the job out to). My sewer line was broken during the process, so I had them give me a quote for repair. It's 9 feet in underneath the garage at a pipe junction. $9,000 (!). I then subsequently retrieved quotes from two reputable competitors. Both competitors wanted $4,200-$4,500 - HALF of what Black Tie was wanting! They use contracted diggers just like Black Tie. It's clear that Black Tie is practicing predatory pricing for unaware Perma Pier customers. Whatever you do, get another estimate if you're doing follow-on work from their sister company.

I am a new BlackTie convert. We recently had a leak of unknown location. BlackTie sent out their leak expert. Within an hour of his arrival, he found it to be deep underground in the front yard. He immediately called for the BlackTie plumbing crew to come repair it. They were there that afternoon. It was seamless with just one phone call. I received texts and emails of who was arriving. Each was courteous, responsible, respectful and knowledgeable of what they were there to do. Thank you BlackTie

Pedro came out with black tie with perma pier and I had multiple plumbers looking for the cleanout for my home with locators and other tools poking around my front and he was the only one out of the 2 companies that came that could find the cleanout that was buried under feet of mulch. Had the hydrostatic test completed promptly after.
Kept me informed of the progress and was courteous.

It was detected that we had a sewer leak, after foundation was completed. Did my due diligence and got three quotes, while also looking each company on the better business bureau. Black Tie was rated A+, therefore we choose to sign a contract with them.

Matt Wise was my Advisor, with the company. Matt is very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The times I reached out to him, he was always accessible and willing to address any concerns that I had. He made sure the team was on time and Black Tie did an outstanding job.

So hard to find a trustworthy and quality business thats able to come out but I am so glad I came across Black Tie Plumbing and Jason and Tyler. First, I was able to connect with a great representative going over the details and setting up an appointment time. I then would get periodic updates prior to the appointment as well.
Once Jason was there, he was able to give me a fair price and communicate the issue found and go over the details at the end.

I am so glad I found a local business that is honest, straighforward, and communicative. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to

I must say, Black Tie Plumbing is my absolute favorite plumbing company! I had a recent experience with Black Tie Plumber Technician and needed a technician to come out fairly quickly. Black Tie was able to dispatch someone within an hour and the technician they sent out was one of the BEST technicians that I have ever had the opportunity to work with, Mr. Blake Boles.

The customer service shown to our property from Mr. Boles was first class, five star customer service. From the moment Mr. Boles stepped on property, he graced us with a warm greeting and ensured that we were educated every step of the way during his inspection.

Also, I called their main center to schedule a follow up visit, and Ms. Nicole was the absolute sweetest. She took care of all of administrative needs and had the most amazing personality. It’s rare that you experience this level of customer service from both the technician and the main help center. However Black Tie Plumbing struck gold. We are so lucky to have them as our plumbers and I would recommend Mr. Blake Boles and Ms. Nicole to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Start off about saying I use to own a Appliance repair company until I sold it years ago so I know where they are coming from.
Called about both toilets not flushing. They came out and said they are both clogged. Qt $150 each to clear them out.$300 total and I agreed. 20 Mins later after "clearing them both " they are still not flushing. At this time they tell me they need to remove both toilets to see why it is not flushing($250 per toilet), but they would no longer charge me the $300 since it did not work. I told them that does not sound right , I do not think it s clog since they are both doing same thing. At this time they come back and tell me I just need new toilets because they old and do NOT have enough power to flush. They want $350 now to change out whatever toilets I buy.
At this time not feeling good about the diagnosis and pass on this. They then proceeded to charge me the original $300 for roto rooter job that DID NOT FIX IT. They said they would apply the $300 towards the replacement of toilets. They are just guessing at this point. I feel like I should have only paid the service call. I even offered to pay $150...They said NO.
$300 dollars later and nothing has changed. My toilets still do not flush right....I would have never done this to to a client. I will tell everyone I know what they did here.

We had Blake from Black Tie out to find a leak and make the repairs. We were in great hands with Blake! He found the leak under the slab behind the hot water heater. It was a reasonable price to find it, the. He came back out and found not one but two leaks! They covered the garage floor and walls with plastic, hand dug out the dirt and buttoned it up again. Happy with the end result and the reasonable price.

Blake and Dominic were fast professional and gave me some good advise! Would call them back in a heartbeat!

Had an outdoor faucet line blow in the backyard, called Black Tie, and in under 2hrs they were at my house, diagnosed the problem, offered solutions, we agreed on one, priced fairly, and Blake got to work.
Blake, is awesome!! Super nice and knowledgeable guy, actually found a simpler solution and got it fixed quickly!

My experience with Black Tie Plumbing was EXCEPTIONAL!! My technician Ben was prompt, professional and friendly. He quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained the work flow and ensured everything was cleaned up afterwards. There was an issue that came up during the job that he wasn't familiar with and he used his resources to resolve the matter. It was greatly appreciated! I have family coming into town this weekend and clogged drains was not on the menu. I highly recommend Black Tie Plumbing! Even Ms. Deanna in the office was friendly and professional! 10/10

Was very pleased with the job. First of all, the assessment and estimate were thorough and fair. They were much more comprehensive than any other estimate provided. They were able to finish my job ahead of schedule for a fair price. We are very pleased with Pedro and Jose! Thank you both. Super friendly, super efficient, and minimum intrusion to our home and life.

Matt at Black Tie is awesome. He took the time to explain each situation and discuss options. I bid out some of the work just to be sure and Black Tie came back the most affordable. Great to have a plumber you can trust.

I want to leave my best review for Matt from BlackTie Plumbing. They made great job for us with repairing our full bathroom leak, that included digging under the house. They also identified another leak in a different location, that was repaired by another company earlier. Matt went above and beyond helping us to fix the issue. We had another company working on this other issue and Matt spent his time on coming back to our house multiple times pointing the issue to another company that was struggling to identify it. Matt was advocating for us when we discussed the issue with another company, that tried to charge us twice for the same thing. It was definitely much above Matt's responsibilities and I deeply appreciate all he has done for us. If not Matt then we would be paying again for other repairs that were not necessary to have and we would still have our pipe leaking.
Matt came to our house to confirm that the repair was done properly and then was reaching out later to confirm that the city plumbing test passed successfully.
I really appreciate Matt from Black Tie Plumbing and everything that he has done for us! I wish all plumbers were so fair and trustful!

We had a leaking toilet and they were able to fit us in same day! Ben came out within 25 minutes and was able to fix the issue immediately. He was very efficient and very polite as well! Highly recommend for any plumbing issues!

I can't say enough good things about Blake Boles. His day got off to an unbelievably bad start but it never showed once he arrived. He was very helpful and forthright, walking me thru options that would actually save me money. He showed me what needed to be done and why. I feel very confident in Blake as a plumber and as a person.
