Black Tie Plumbing helped us when we needed it the most. We had a sewer line separate under our home that was causing all kinds of issues. Calling the main office was pleasant very friendly staff and our rep Jen was very sweet and compassionate. She understood our urgency and was very communitive, kept us up to date and in the loop which means so much to a worried homeowner. Matt Wise the VP of Operations and Sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You could tell Matt genuinely appreciated our business and wanted to help. When we had a small hiccup Matt reached out and listened to our concerns and in the end stayed true to a commitment made by another team member. This showed incredible character not just in Matt but for BTP as a whole. If you need plumbing help reach out to BTP they are trustworthy. Thank you Matt and BTP for taking care of our family!

Matt Wise was extremely helpful when explaining all of our worries and fears of tunneling under our house. Unfortunately, they found two more leaks when under the house, but he talked us through our options, saving us the cost of another dig down the line. I hope to never have to call him again, but know he'll be able to get the job done.

Use BlackTie Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs and emergencies. Our usual contact person is Jessica and I have found her to be professional, timely, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Jessica and the BlackTie team have helped us with more than one emergency and we will continue to use them.

BlackTie Plumbing came out through my home warranty company. Mark was GREAT! He was informative, honest and very helpful. I did have to call back to home warranty, but NOT at the fault of BlackTie or Mark. A hot water heater issue that hasn’t been resolved (apparently home warranty won’t replace a bad water heater unless it leaks!). I’ve officially found my new go-to plumbing company. Great office people and Mark is THE BEST!

Started out as being 2 hours late, I understand things happen. Traffic and all, but no phone call. When the Tech arrived he walked the outside of the house looking for a clean out but did not find one. He didn't even walk into the room that I am having a problem with and he said he would not go in the attic to the vent tube ( stand up attic with flooring) . He gave me a estimate for $1000 to install clean out and then he would give an estimate for my problem. Charged me $40 for absolutely nothing. I suggest if you have a plumbing problem go with a local company that cares, they definitely try harder.

After having foundation work completed on my home by Perma Pier Foundation, I was contacted by Black Tie Plumbing to have the Domestic Water Pressure Test and Sewer Hydrostatic Test completed. I spoke with Matt Wise and he thoroughly explained what the test entailed. In addition, he asked me if I was available that day to have someone come out and perform the test. I agreed and Carl Orgish came out shortly. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, he was very patient in answering questions that I had about the process. I was extremely nervous about finding out the results of the tests because of the expense associated with it if, it if the tests failed; however, Carl calmed my concerns throughout the two separate tests. I highly recommend Matt Wise and Carl Orgish of Black Tie Plumbing to meet all of your plumbing needs.

Bill was amazing! The company responded quickly after the winter storm. I was out of water for 3 weeks. I tried calling multiple companies and no one responded back to me. Black Tie Plumbing responded fast and they came out right away. Everything was completed within an hour or two. I was amazed!!! They are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to everyone. We had been having a septic smell in our house for months. I tried everything a handy home owner could do but I couldn’t solve the issue, so we called in the big guns, the plumbers at Blacktie. Pedro and Tyler showed up on time for their appointment, they were friendly, clean and professional. Most important though, they used the right equipment to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a simple fix of sealing a connection that was a leaking sewage vent gases in our laundry room. They didn’t try to up sell me on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. I can’t say enough about how much better these guys are than everyone else I used in the past. Avoid the hassles and call Blacktie plumbing first!

Zach came out and did a thorough assessment of our home and it's needs. He was very informative and helpful of every processes. I was even able to reach him on a weekend with a concern and he assisted me with no issues. I highly recommend this company and their amazing staff.

Jason and Ben came out to resolve my plumbing issues. They were on time and even had booties on there feet to keep my floors clean. Both were professional and down to earth. I will call in Black Tie Plumbing for any future plumbing needs

They were very polite and professional over email and on the phone. A plumber came out promptly and sorted out our water pressure issues in a shower unit.

Cody came out and got straight to work identifying the issue. He explained everything... I really appreciate the thorough and diligent nature of his work ethic and professionalism. Top notch service and definitely my new source for all plumbing needs. Thanks again!

A week and a half later we had Black Tie come out again for another issue. This time it was Mark and yet again outstanding service! He was professional, friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. If I could post a before and after of the difference in quality there wouldn't be anything left to say. The connections under the sink were as clean and perfect as they could be. Black tie has the market cornered on professional employees!

Operate a local business and called Black Tie Pluming for help with a back flow replacement. Blake came out quick got and estimate and the repair was completed the next day. Professional and quick. Could not ask for more.

Such a pleasant experience! Mark was really nice and professional. Repaired an issue with the main water line in 3 hours. Very hardworking and polite. Definitely didn't need to worry about a plumber taking advantage of time and parts. I will recommend Black Tie Plumbing to everyone in the future.

We had an emergency where there was water leaking underneath the ground in our front yard. We didn't know what to do until we got all the answers we needed from Matt Wise!!!! He calmed me and my family down by helping us understand what was happening. He was honest about everything from start to finish! He sent one of the best repair guys named Carl. Carl explained the process as he discovered where the problem was and fixed it better than it was previously constructed. This company was easy to work with and trustworthy! For all future projects, this company has my family business!

BUYER BEWARE! Make sure you keep good records all your payments with these people. They will contact you every few months to try to get you to pay again because of their poor accounting system. Their work on the house was fine and we paid 1/2 of balance up front as required. We kind of forgot about it and then 6 months later they asked us to pony up almost $3000. We took care of it begrudgingly immediately. 4 months later they send us ANOTHER invoice for the same stating that we haven't paid. Like I said, keep good records because even after you pay they will still keep asking you for money!

This company stood by their word and helped take care of and honor their commitment to entirely replace our plumbing in our home. They even came out a year after to check up and tweak any issues that may arise over the year for free. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Good job Black Tie and Corey and Shane you are the best! The rest of the crew as well!

I had 2 water heaters that needed replacing and can’t say enough about how professional black tie was. I spoke with Chad on the phone who set everything up, found the best price for me and was very reasonable compared to other quotes I obtained. Brad took care of the installation and it went smoothly. They did a great job and left the house better than they found it. We will definitely be recommending them for friends and family.

Matt Wise was great to work with. He was able to solve the problem with my shower in no time at all. Working with him now on upgrading our water heater system. He has explained the pros and cons on tank vs. tankless and we will be booking with him soon to complete that as well. Matt definitely gets a 10 out of 10 from us for his professionalism.

I have worked with Matt Wise and his team at another property and was so pleased with their level of service that I asked them to handle an issue affecting multiple tenants in Plano where the lines have backed up on and off for some time.
